I think you will find yourself in the same boat as most of the Bojan owners (myself included) - your team structure is not flexible enough for when you have to replace Naismith. It will require some major surgery, multiple transfers, player downgrades, etc. He just won't be a week-in-week out player in a 3-4-3.

I would probably keep Naismith until I build up 2 free transfers and then downgrade jones to facilitate Naismith to welbeck.
Or I might swap bego for krul and swap jones to Shawcross which would save me 0.5 to add to the 1.0 I would save from downgrading Shawcross and out that towards Naismith to welbeck...confusing

Their are better options than lamela inconsistent for me he ran riot against a poor QPR side and did nothing against Liverpool

Exactly inconsistent also Germany were poor against Scotland and Naismith looked dangerous. Playing liverpool a high tempo match in the Prem is different to a international friendly. Not doubting his ability just better options at the moment. Might put him in a few gws see how he goes
