As always, our Sunday members’ regular delves into the data of the matches played out so far. This time around, Arsenal’s attack, Swansea’s in-form frontman, the Hammers’ raiding left-back and Southampton’s new wide man are amongst our evening assessment.

    Would anyone here do Welbeck and Sterling to Costa and Sanchez if it was for a hit? Could really backfire too..

      Sanchez is a great player and there is no doubt about it, but Welbeck's stats are not bad either.
      Sanchez's haul and two goals this week came from two silly defensive mistakes and that won't happen every week.
      I'm not saying Sanchez is a bad pick, I just think Welbeck could easily get a haul against Burnley as well and you will want him back in.

    There's an awful lot of comments recently along the lines of, "it's crazy to want Hazard over Fabregas," "it's stupid to ditch Sterling," etc.

    Yet I look at the top teams and see:

    teams with Baines, teams without Baines;
    teams with Fabs, teams with Hazard instead;
    teams with Aguero, teams without Aguero.

    Since when did this site collectively forget that there are multiple ways to play this game?

      Very good point the shadow. I would love Baines but I always go too top heavy. Season in season out Baines is right up there but for some reason I don't bring him in.

      Yeah. If it ain't the identikit team it doesn't fly.

      There are so many options now Rooney is back there is another so many ways to score points, its a very interesting game this year.

    Evening, what do we think?

    A) Sterling>Hazard

    B) Sterling Siggy > Sanchez Downing (-4)

    C) Ivan Siggy > Chambers Sanchez (-4)

    D) Save FT

    Not sure it's worth taking a hit but Sanchez is so tempting this week!

    RP - bottom of last.

    ......................Mannone
    ...........Baines, Clyne, Bertrand
    Di Maria, Fabrgegas, Sterling, Sigurdsson
    ...........Aguero, Welbeck, Pelle

    Chambers, Duff, Boyd

    1FT, 1.3ITB

    Feel like I'm in a good position and have been moving up for a while. Would you:

    A) Transfer Mannone (morally opposed to having such a horrid defence in my team)
    B) Save FT/wait for news on Sigurdsson - will try and fit in Wally when he returns.

    Thanks all.

        Yep plan is to lose Clyne or Bertrand in GW13 for a 4.5-5.0 and play Chambers as the main third defender. Wally in the mix to come in also.

    Bego, Krul
    Lovren, Bertrand, Naylor, Hutton, Duff
    ADM, Sterling, Tadic, Siggy, Chadli
    Aguero, Costa, Ulloa

    2 FT, 0.0 ITB

    A) Lovren -> Baines, Siggy -> Boyd, Ulloa -> Berahino (-4, 0.0 left)
    B) Lovren -> Baines, Chadli -> Boyd (0.1 left)
    C) Sterling -> Sanchez, Chadli/Siggy -> Boyd, Ulloa -> Berahino (-4, 0.1/0.2 left)
    D) Sterling -> Sanchez, Chadli/Siggy -> Boyd (0.3/0.4 left)

    So basically is getting Baines or Sanchez more important and is Ulloa -> Berahino worth a hit as it'll be tricky to do after tonight cos of prices.

    Hazard looked really good against United, could've easily had a goal and 3 bonus (if he scored). Di Maria played shite, was quite relieved as I got rid for Eriksen who didn't deliver.

          Ivan looked very promising today, should've got a penalty, easily could've got 2 goals or a goal and an assist, then again Baines also looks good but I think Chelsea/Ivan has much more clean sheet potential

              Rough GW for mine. Sitting on 38 with Wilson/Boyd auto-sub for a total of 2pts should get me over the 40pt mark. Dropped around 1.5k but still inside top 10k.

    Probably asked a million times but what's the story with the West Ham centre backs? Was Collins injured and is he now nailed? Because Tomkin's looked an option but has missed the last two games...

        They have some cracking fixtures.

        And the Noble & Song pairing provides solid protection.

        Looking a real good outfit.

    Good news for #WHUFC as an X-ray confirms leading scorer Sakho suffered no broken bones in Saturdays clash with #MCFC goalkeeper Joe Hart.

    I really hate template teams and very popular picks.
    Basically I hate players with very high ownerships but I do own most of them and I have a very template team I would say because I wanna on the safe side.
    Sometimes I see myself wishing a player picking an injury or getting sent off just so I can get a new face in without worrying about what could have happened lol.
    Just a thought before going to bed
    Goodnight DZ

    Forster / (McCarthy)
    Clyne / N. Taylor / Baines / (Duff) / (Wisdom)
    Sterling / Siggy / Fabregas / Di Maria / (Boyd)
    Aguero / Pelle / Welbeck

    1 FT, 0.9 ITB.

    What's the obvious choice here?

    Why doesn't scout do a nightly risers/drops post?
    I know it's hazard to be accurate but it would be nice.
