There was just a wafer-thin point separating myself and Granville in Gameweek 11, despite my rivals decision to ignore the force of nature that is Alexis Sanchez.

In a svelte but packed episode of the ScoutCast, my co-host and I discuss the Chilean’s “essential” charms and pile praise on the reborn Stewart Downing and the new, reliable Leighton Baines v2.

Around the usual regulars, we drop in on some old favourites, as Aleks Kolarov discovers new methods of running Granville’s Gameweek and I somehow manufacture a way of snuggling under the Van Persie duvet. We also carry on nudging the Harry Kane-wagon, run our teams through the Gargatron computer and go on “Warnock Watch” once more.

So tempted to do Fabs + Sterling > Sanchez + Chadlie right now.

I have 2 FTs and Costa, so I'm ok with losing Fab, my only concern with this move is that I wont have any Liverpool cover for now.

Okay to not have any Liverpool players for the coming weeks?

      If you have a playing 5th midfielder, you could just bench Fab for a week if he does get another yellow. Tadic's fixtures turn sour soon and although his stats look great he just hasn't been doing much FPL wise (apart from that anomaly of a GW)

  Jaku is short term and you can have Naylor cheaper than Flappyhandski so I'd say no. Newcastle are turning it around now and have decent fixtures so I'd go with krul.

  Do it. I have Flapy and got shot of begovic for Jacku last week for exactly the same reasons. Great run through to winter W.C. and if Jacku loses his spot no great shakes to swap. Hulls defence improving as well so no brainer in my oppinion.

Considering making a 'Getting Under The Skin' series of articles. It would entail different topics each time, and in each individual article I would study in depth a such a topic.

For example, Liverpool's poor form. Some factors are clear, but it's nice to use stats to see some of the raw sources, e.g defender errors leading to goal, how these can be replicated by rotating the players, which defenders are the best contributors to their teams etc. West Ham's for, would be another good one.

The Dream Team could be another, whereby I look through it with a fine tooth comb and try and find if the players in it deserve to be there, and are good picks.

Individual players could work, but would probably require a lot more effort to write in such length about one player. Maybe a collection of players like Hazard, Fàbregas and Oscar comparing the Chelsea midfielders.

  Nice idea, I really enjoy the occasional in depth article such as this. In general I prefer the 'subject' articles over 'regular weekly' articles. The fact that you are keen on going into such subjects with a fine tooth comb is particularly appealing.

guys...help needed here..wise to do ( hazard + eriksen ) out for di maria & tadic for -4 ?? coz tempted to put the captaincy on di maria..

Also goin to take a punt on tadic this tym...its tym he delivers one more major haul...

Why should I (C) Kun instead of ADM? The only reason I have now is the price tag of Kun. Please help convincing me I shouldn't move (C) from Kun to ADM...

Which two would you play out of Chadli(STK), Bernahino(NEW) and Fabregas(liv)?

The other attacking players are Sanchez, Di Maria, Downing, Aguero and Pelle, and I have Krul if that matters (Berahino).
