Downing and Bony single-handedly saved my gw, although I'm looking at Hutton's 8 points sitting on my bench for the second gw in a row. This is not cool.

Some of you may consider Pelle or Rooney after tomorrow. Both are decent options if you ask me. Pelle's fixtures get good for the next 3.

Should retire at the end of the season.

You do not sack someone of his stature, especially what he's given to Arsenal, midway through a season.

There's no top quality manager in the world who will leave their club *right now* for Arsenal and get you 4th.

If it wasn't for Wenger, Arsenal wouldn't have been a big club.

He'd be silly not to. He's tarnishing his reputation and stature as a top manager. Should have retired after winning the fa cup imo. But he should never get sacked during a season.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. He's just won his first trophy in 9 years, buys Alexis Sanchez, hopes Ozil will come back a new player, Ramsey had a phenomenal season, he would have thought he could have mounted a title challenge. Winning the FA Cup may have just revitalised him and he wanted another pop at the league.

Not getting sacked midway through a season is the least he deserves. Wenger put Arsenal on the map, simple as. It's not working out yes, but there's ways and means to do doing things.

Arsenal and Wenger should part ways in the summer. I think De Boer would be a fantastic appointment.

Was quite happy owning Ivanovic, Fabregas and Hazard for Chelsea cover in big home games like Hull. Don't want to lose any of those players, but not having Fabregas available this week makes the lack of Costa very scary. I guess many are in the same boat, are you keeping Fabregas?

    1. parity
      • 11 Years
      11 years, 2 months ago

Kinda in the same boat, have courtois, ivanovic, and hazard, deciding whether to take a -8 to switch out 1 of those and get costa. Fabregas is probably going down in value today, so it may depend on how much you got him for, and how the rest of your team looks without him.

Alternatively, I could trade aguero+berahino -> rooney+bony, which might be something you could look at too.
