Attempts to be shocking for the sake of it. In reality it is a brutally poor attempt at a film pretending to be standing for the Serbian governments treatment of its citizens.
One of those movies where after seeing the initial depth it will go to to try and shock you you are no longer surprised by what it throws at you. It is pitiful.Pretty bad because it shows a lot of stuff we haven't been desensitised to unlike things like Saw which we expect now.
