Yeah, it's tough. I would be reluctant to take a hit with such a short time for it to pay off, but a minus 4 could be ok I guess.

I feel happy to double up with one but not bothThat was my thought too. But looking at WBA and AVL (the other two rotating DEFs), the team that rotates with them best is SUN (way better than other options).
My have another look and avoid too many double ups.

I went with no doubling which can be done while rotating.
I might double South but not WBA and Sun. IMO GL

Looks good - my only change would be your defender order. Wisdom has a plum fixture so I think I'd be starting him. SOT are the best team defensively in the league and Clyne offers a very good attacking threat. If fit I would probably start them both over P Jones and HuttonOops. just realised SOT are away. In that case I think I'd start Wisdom and have P Jones as 1st defensive sub

Ings has A form in the watchlist, yet there are several strikers that have outscored him the last 6 GW's and he hasnt scored over 5 points once in his last 7 games.probably fixtures tip it in his favour but for those with Austin already, i wouldn't pair him with Ings. Relying on QPR and Burnley for 2 striker spots is a disaster.
Fixtures are future though, form is past.
