Welcome to this week’s Scout Picks Community Champion vote. Here’s a reminder of how this works. As part of our revamped Scout Picks, Mark, myself, Paul and a community champion picked by you each week are up against each other. All four teams are then used to decide our final weekly Scout Picks.

We are now looking for Gameweek 29’s Scout Picks Community Champion to represent you and get one over on The Scouts as well as be in with a chance of winning a special prize. The champion who manages the best Gameweek score (or best score from the first ten matches in a double Gameweek) will win a £100 Amazon voucher.

To put yourself forward simply add in your Gameweek 29 Scout Picks.

For everyone else please upvote the poster you would like to represent you based on their picks.

We only need 11 picks and please be mindful of the 84m budget. There’s no captain in the picks either and please stick to a designated FPL formation, including no more than three players from one team.

I’ll leave this vote open until 10am tomorrow (Wednesday) when I will announce the winner, who will be asked to submit their final XI plus 200 word explanation to me by 5pm Thursday.

Any attempts to disrupt the voting process may lead to the team involved being removed at our discretion. Also the comment section below is for those who want to present their teams and vote. If you have any suggestions on how the Scout Picks can be improved further next year please email me at jonty@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk rather than leave a comment below.

    (Henry V, Act III)

    KING HENRY V:
    Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;
    Or close the wall up with our English dead.
    In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
    As modest stillness and humility:
    But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
    Then imitate the action of the tiger;
    Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
    Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage;
    Then lend the eye a terrible aspect;
    Let pry through the portage of the head
    Like the brass cannon; let the brow o'erwhelm it
    As fearfully as doth a galled rock
    O'erhang and jutty his confounded base,
    Swill'd with the wild and wasteful ocean.
    Now set the teeth and stretch the nostril wide,
    Hold hard the breath and bend up every spirit
    To his full height. On, on, you noblest English.
    Whose blood is fet from fathers of war-proof!
    Fathers that, like so many Alexanders,
    Have in these parts from morn till even fought
    And sheathed their swords for lack of argument:
    Dishonour not your mothers; now attest
    That those whom you call'd fathers did beget you.
    Be copy now to men of grosser blood,
    And teach them how to war. And you, good yeoman,
    Whose limbs were made in England, show us here
    The mettle of your pasture; let us swear
    That you are worth your breeding; which I doubt not;
    For there is none of you so mean and base,
    That hath not noble lustre in your eyes.
    I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
    Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
    Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
    Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

    Foster

    Terry , Schlupp, Lescott

    Puncheon , Silva , Ozil , Hazard

    Giroud , Kane , Aguero

    Foster + Lescott : lack of decent options + Pulis factor

    Schlupp : Opp + Hull are awful + lack of decent options

    Puncheon : impressive recent form + good home fixture

    Silva : Looks like one of the best options at the min + easy fixture

    Ozil : Sanchez not that impressive in cup + form

    Sorry for the length of the post

    Pantilimon (4.6)
    Ivanovic (7.5) - Baines (7.0) - Bellerin (4.6)
    Hazard (10.9) - Cazorla (8.6) - Silva (9.7) - Puncheon (5.6)
    Aguero (13.0) - Kane (6.2) - Austin (6.3)

    Bang on 84. All good form players with nice fixtures. Fancy goals in the CPLvQPR game with Austin / Puncheon to remain in the points with good underlying stats, and Baines to come back to fantasy form. Panty still solid option with Villa visiting. Bellerin and Cazorla offer good value for Arsenal at home against a deteriorating WHM side. The others pick themselves!!

    Arsenal vs West Ham is going to be a demolition. I can sense it. Chelsea vs Southampton will be low scoring, hence the lack of Chelsea attackers. Don't fancy any Everton players even with a tasty fixture against Newcastle. Hard to pick out the clean sheets this week, but Ivan and Bellerin have strong chances of clean sheets with potential of attacking returns. Lescott is also going to score soon... can feel it in my bones.

    Attackers all speak for themselves really. This team has real potential this week. If you agree with my musings, hit that green button!

    I'm backing Ben Foster to make amends this weekend and reap the rewards of the Pulis effect at home to Stoke. I've doubled up on Ivanovic and Terry for what I expect to be a narrow win against Southampton at Stamford Bridge. Jeff Schlupp has a chance of returns at both ends of the pitch in a relegation six-pointer at home to Hull. I've doubled up on Ozil and Sanchez, as I'm expecting goals in Arsenal's game against West Ham. I've also doubled up on Silva and Aguero, as I expect Manchester City will get a few goals at Burnley. Jason Puncheon is in form and at home to QPR - enough said. I think Spurs will score at Old Trafford and Harry Kane is the obvious choice there. Finally, I've gone with Saido Berahino as he's in form, on penalties, at home, and playing a Stoke side with injury problems at the back (and who in a superstitious twist are up against a hoodoo going back at least 10 years of teams placed 8th in early March performing very badly over the run in (see my article on relegation battlers posted yesterday)).

    Pantilimon (AVL)

    Ivanovic (SOT) Skrtel (SWA) Bellerin (WHU)

    Silva (BUR) Ozil (WHU) Coutinho (SWA) Puncheon (QPR)

    Aguero (BUR) Giroud (WHU) Kramaric (HUL)

    81.8

    GK - I see stalemate 0-0 between Villa and Sunderland plus a few saves from Pants.

    DEF - Ivanovic averaging 5.8 ppp, skrtel a threat from set-pieces Swans toothless, West Ham poor currently Bellerin has attcking potential too.

    MID - Silva bang in form and Burnley leave room in the box, Ozil is The Arsenal's top man currently, outshining even Sanchez, Coutinho getting the points his underlying stats deserve and Puncheon has created most chances for any midfielder in last 4 games.

    ATT - Aguero is a no-brainer for same reasons as Silva, Giroud should get the opprtunities against WEst Ham to score highly, Krmaric is my wildcard. Looks a threat and already has a couple for Leicester...he could explode against dubious travellers Hull

    Pantilimon (AVL) - Villa resurgent at home but haven't scores in 6 away games
    Ivanovic(SOT) - Southampton not free scoring and obvious attacking threat aswell
    Gibbs(WHM) - Arsenal strong at home and two assists and 5 baps in his last two
    Schlupp (HUL) - Attacking potential and nice fixture
    Puncheon (QPR) - Creating a lot of chances since Pardew took over and nice fixture
    Sanchez(WHM) - Returned to the goals against QPR and most of his best hauls came at home to teams outside the top 7 i.e Stoke, Hull...
    Silva(bur) - In great form and a nice fixture
    Eriksen(mun) - Scores alot away from home and dangerous from set plays
    Aguero(bur) - Tends to do better on the road and again Burnley concede a lot of chances so a nice fixture
    Giroud(WHM) - In form and should return to the side after a rest
    Murray(QPR) - A bit of a punt but 3 in 2 before the sending off and will return after palace failed to score at St Mary's

    A bit late to the party but suprisingly not many teams posted so here it goes.

    Panti

    Terry Moreno Dawson

    Silva Ozil Hazard Puncheon

    Kun Giroud Austin

    84.0

    - Sunderland - Villa looks like a 0-0 game to me So I picked Panti.

    - I am expecting Arsenal -Westham and Burnley City to be demolitions for the smaller teams so I picked Kun (better away from home), Silva (great form), Ozil (3 double figures in his last 3 home games) and Giroud (great scoring form).

    - Chelsea - Soton will be a low scoring game. A 1-0 maybe for Chelsea.Hazard is key to everything Chelsea do and picks up maximum baps almost every game. I've gone for terry instead of Ivan for budget reasons and because I don't expect Ivan to be marauding forward as much as he does with the presence of Bertrand and Mane on his flank. Jose will instruct him to sit back a bit.

    - Palace - QPR is a game between 2 sides that can't defend. Austin was very unlucky not to score at least 2 against Spurs so he is due. Puncheon on the other hand is in good form after moving centrally and is on set-pieces. Palace imperious on set-pieces and we all saw how QPR are dreadful defending those (Kane's 1st goal).

    - I'm expecting Pulis to tighten things up after 2 consecutive defeats to Villa. Dawson is a great threat on set-pieces as backed by the stats and a CS is a possibility.

    - Moreno offers attacking threat playing as a wing back. Liverpool have kept 5 consecutive away CSs so a CS is a big possibility.

      Thought I'd add the fixture next to the player to help.

    We have a winner - AZ.

    If you could email your final XI taking into account any inj news by 5pm Thursday that'll be great. Also be sure to include around 200 words explanation of your picks - no need to do each player - just key ones are fine.
