looked at the teams around me and worked out that I take over about 13 teams and get taken over by about 23 teams

ps, apologies for the stalking, is that THE psychologist Turkington that writes a lot about psychosis in your mini league?

wow, Kun 3rd blank in a row.

    4th without a goal.

what's even more bizarre is how he and Silva have switched places on the essential list.

Was gonna do Austin to Giroud but am now thinking maybe Kun to Giroud and funds elsewhere..

we all have dilemmas with Kun and Alexis. Both not worth there price tags atm. Huge ownership in top 10K scares us all. But maybe it is time to sell them

      1. HellasLEAF

jumped off the Sanchez wagon a long time ago. But Kun, just puzzling. ugh

We'll sell and he'll start scoring again..

  3. FPL Daniel

I benched Silva instead of Alexis. It was close call. My logic was I have Kun, 1 City, Bony will start and WBA will be defensive. Arsenal will surely score and Alexis is due. Was my logic sound? Even the RMT said that. Or I made obvious mistake?

And please don't talk in hindsight, think with the arguments above

    1. nevertrustbony

yeah pretty sound logic although whoever you bench is asking for trouble in that situation

I'm sorry but benching Silva at home was an error. Hindsight or no. I do get the logic but disagree.

Have also been warning many around here about Sanchez not worth it considering his position on the field and crowded Arsenal midfield.

Not to mention Giroud scoring form which wasn't really there earlier in the season when Sanchez was filling the net and more central to their attack .

This week shows just how quickly things can change in FPL. Over the last 4-5 weeks my main rival in one league has closed a gap of 20 points. We've been really close for most of the season.

This week he started 1 point ahead (although took a 4 point hit which I didn't). I've now opened up a 32 point gap on today alone.

It's now 32 points + Austin v Costa + Henderson. Still a few weeks to go, anything is possible!

Even if it is an option, I don't think Southampton will recall Boruc.

Kelvin Davis has been a club legend (3 TOTY consecutive appearances), and is likely to hang up his boots at the end of the year? What better way to end the career other than a run of games at the most succesful season of the club in recent years?

58 with Haz and Coutinho to go. (Aguero(c)).

Those late swans and hammers goals cost me 8-11 points which hurts.

Luckily managed to match my rivals scores auto maintain my 100 point gap. Pride and cash at work at stake.

It doesn't matter. He plays a different position and was for me the best player in the world last season. Aguero needs service and doesn't influences matches on the same level and never has. Robben was great in patches but oft injured. That is the only way in which they are comparable.

When Pepe Reina finally took to the field for his Bayern Munich debut on Saturday, history was made. Having already kept goal in the Spanish, English and Italian top flights, the 32-year-old became the first goalkeeper to have played in each of Europe’s ‘big four’ leagues.

Costa, may as well go for a diff at this stage.

      Benteke is out.

I assume you know the DWGs are different GWs.

It's tempting but my midfield ends up looking very odd and void of many big hitters. The only other player I would want to bring in is Silva but I think I've missed the boat on him.

        Would look like this:

        Fab/Myhill

        Clyne/Bert/Terry/Naylor/Bellerin
        Haz/Eriksen/Mane/Siggy/Hendo
        Kun/Costa/Kane

Mids would all have good fixtures..

with Sanchez and Aguero not living up to their price tags, but still possessing the potential to explode, if we decide to ditch them who do we replace them with?

Not much stands out in midfield unless you switch to another Arsenal

Up front we have Sturridge and Costa but they too have been a little off form since returning from injury/suspension.

    1. Ady87
      • 12 Years

      Rooney the form striker.

The reason I'm keeping them mate.

Everyone so keen to get annoyed and want to get rid, but there is little need for money at this stage of the season and no obvious replacement. If the replacement isn't obvious it's a luxury transfer and very likely to end in tears.

Same thoughts as you, there really isn't anyone I want in midfield that looks hot at the moment and I plan on playing Phillips next GW. (Front 8 is Phillips, Ozil, Sanchez, SIlva, Hazard, Kun, Kane, Giroud).

That leaves Kun as the prime candidate to shift but .it would be a good idea to sell one of my Arsenal as a blank coming up, but then not Giroud.
