The case for keeping Azpilicueta:
When Luis plays instead of Azpi, Chelsea has a 25% chance of a CS, so you only lose 1-2 points at most against your rivals with Ivan/Terry, or potentially gain on your rivals by having a surprise CS/assist/goal from your 4th def.
When Azpi starts, Chelsea has a 50% chance of a CS.
Double Chelsea def with Azpi + Ivan/Terry is optimal.
Owning Azpi is in no way close to optimal.

People on here have talked about double Chelsea def comprising Ivan + Terry. On days like today it ends disastrously. If they had Azpi + one of Ivan/Terry, the chances are that they would have been better off.
Chelsea's defence is overrated. I prefer Southampton's which is cheaper. Ivanovic + Clyne + Bertrand is the dream backline.
