The first of seven days of double Gameweek 37 action gets underway at Goodison Park this evening as Everton take on Watford in the 7.45pm kick-off.

Sold by more Fantasy Premier League managers than any player since last Friday’s deadline, the Toffees’ Romelu Lukaku looks to extend his three-goal lead over Harry Kane in the race for this season’s Golden Boot.

The Belgian collected 3% of votes in our Captain Poll – more than any single-Gameweek player – and has already returned 12 points against the Hornets back in December.

Chelsea head to The Hawthorns for an 8pm kick-off knowing that a win over West Brom would clinch the Premier League crown.

Essentially, we’re looking for the Baggies to do us a favour and keep the title race alive, forcing Antonio Conte to field his big-hitters in Monday’s plum home clash against Watford and giving Spurs extra incentive in their final match at the Lane against Man United on Sunday.

Despite those concerns over potential rotation, both Eden Hazard (14%) and Diego Costa (9%) found a place in the top five of our Captain Poll – the latter is second only to Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus for transfers in this week on the back of three goals and as many assists in his last five outings.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Liverpool have to have been the strangest team in FPL this season, Damned near essential for a large chunk of the early season and now almost invisible on FPL.

Even better than 7ppg in reality. Anybody who bought him at 4.6 would surely have benched him for Liverpool and Chelsea games anyway. I bet they've had closer to 10ppg from him.

Sanchez has been playing kak by his standards.. Agreed about KDB though.

The best City player at the moment, in fact possibly the best player in the league at the moment, is David Silva. No love at all for him on here though this week.

My lad plays in an under 8 team and every now and then you see a kid who is a league apart from the others. They're not the biggest or fastest, usually they're quite slight, but have the technique and timelessness on the ball.

My lad likes to play the Walcott role; basically hugs the touchline waiting for a through ball to be played to him 😀

Okay let me clear up a few things up for the people trying to mislead others.

Chelsea play Watford on Monday 15th May. Their FA cup final is on the 27th May, 12 days later. Their match vs Sunderland is on the 21st May, 5 days before the FA cup final.

Now I will let you use your common sense to work out when he will rest his players and when he will play his first team.

If you still haven't worked it out he will play pretty much full team vs Watford and then the rest will come vs Sunderland with players like Haz Costa etc getting a run out in prep for the final.

Rotate in both imo, except for Alonso, a CB (Cahil/Azpi/Luiz) and maybe Hazard* as they are essential to his 3-4-3 system.
*He could also play Pedro and Willian on both wings so not for sure he will start

Courtois, Moses, Costa should all get rotated

I think you're way off on this, sorry. Injuries tend to occur in the last 10 mins of games when players are tired or near the start if they haven't warmed up properly.

Partying tonight and then playing key players in 2 days just doesn't make sense.

I think there'll be heavy rotation v Watford, then close to his FA Cup team for the Sunderland game with key players subbed late on.

I mean, guessing this is completely pointless mid-gameweek. All Chelsea players are now a risk. Monday will tell us something, but I'll be wary of Hazard / Alonson who I own for 38.

The likes of Terry, Ake, Chalobah, Bats, Zouma will get pitch time.

Even when the big guns play they'll have their deckchairs out and make sure they're 100% for the final.

Yeah you're right. But I'm a none Hazrad owner for a reason after ditching him for a -4 this week.

Hazard looks tired. He won't start vs Watford. He will be rested for Chelseas last game and home game against Sunderland where they will have a little celebration and with a nice 6 days until the FA Cup final.

Nonsense. Using your way of thinking surely he would rest players vs Watford and go full strength next week. Meaning pretty much a weeks break between each match for the lads who will play in the cup final. Why would he give players a 12 day rest before a cup final?

Mislead other is a little bit ironic from this post. You talking drivel with nothing but lack of knowledge to back it up with.

If you make transfers after you've played the bench boost chip does it cancel it??

I definitely had bench boost activated (as of last Sat) but now it is showing as not used?!! ;(

The only thing I can think is that I made 3 transfers right at the last second and it must have cancelled it...anyone else had this problem?

If you clicked bench boost it would've stayed activated regardless of transfers. There ain't a glitch, you either clicked it or you didnt.

Or you played your wildcard or another chip. If so, no bench boost.

Nope, planned it meticulously! Checked my team almost every day this week while listening to Andy and the Scoutcast and it was activated every time.

Only thing I can think is that my transfers were so late (my captain choice went through just after the deadline somehow), that it somehow cancelled it :/

Joining you on that. Double figures already - wonderful scenes.

Means loads have Lukaku / Barkley / Everton assets. Which is good news.

1.5 million. It's the jammy dead team McAuley owners and the Hazard campers isn't it? We can mock them with their 39 points at the end of the week /:)

If you've planned for double gameweek and are playing bench boost, weirdly having a lower gameweek is a good sign so far. Means you haven't captained Chelsea players, haven't got McCauley or Everton players. The surge will be enormous come tomorrow.
