United’s Ronaldo has suffered an injury in training for Portugal [source]. The winger has apparently twisted his foot and suffered an injury to his heel which means he is now doubtful for Portugal’s game against Serbia on Wednesday. There’s still no confirmation of the severity but Portugese officials are hopeful that it’s not serious. Despite this, Sir Alex and a million Fantasy Managers will be waiting more news on this injury over the next 24 hours or so. Whether this makes Ronaldo a doubt for the game against Blackburn this weekend is anyone’s guess right now but, if he’s suffered a knock, Sir Alex may look to rest the winger if he can get Saha and Solskjaer fit and available with next week’s Champions League Quarter-Final in mind.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.
