United have lost Michael Carrick for around 6-weeks after it was revealed today that the midfielder had broken his arm in the Champions League win over Roma. Carrick has a fractured right elbow which will see him out until the end of November. With Hargreaves sidelined for around a month and Fletcher already out, this leaves United with just Scholes as a recognised midfielder for their forthcoming games. Anderson is an option, but it’s John O’Shea who is likely to benefit. O’Shea is widely classified as a midfielder in this year’s Fantasy games but could still provide some value for money in the coming weeks.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.
