Jamie Carragher’s rib injury, suffered in the weekend mauling of Bolton, is not a serious setback according to Rafa. The centre-back clashed with keeper Reina in the first-half, leading to Anelka’s god-awful miss, and in the process picked up an injury that eventually forced him to be withdrawn early in the second-half. According to Benitez however, Carragher is looking likely to be fit for the Reading clash at the weekend.
