Dimitar Berbatov became our first major injury concern from the fallout of today’s internationals after he appeared to suffer a hamstring injury playing for Bulgaria earlier tonight.
The United striker was hauled off in the first half of the 6-1 drubbing and will be an early concern for Ferguson and plenty of fantasy managers going into the weekend clash with Villa.
Details are scarce right now but no doubt we’ll hear more on this shortly after tonight’s round of games. There could be plenty more worries on the way – although possibly a minor scare, this is certainly a nasty one to get the ball rolling.
