Tonight sees a big game kicking off at the root of the Premier League tree even if not across the lengths and breadths of the fantasy spectrum. Mick McCarthy takes his Wolves side to Upton Park this evening for a “6 pointer” in the fight for another year of security. I believe I heard Richard Keys (shudders) ask, why is it oft referred to as a 6 pointer at the bottom of the table but not half as much near the upper echelons? Too vanilla for the Sky Sports hyperbole machine I suppose.

Anyway, the line-ups are out and Zola unsurprisingly recalls the destroyer known as Scott Parker as well as Cole, McCarthy and Faubert to his starting XI. Wolves have made two changes in recalling Elokobi and Mancienne to their first team at the expense of Ward and Guedioura.
