With the gameweek deadline drawing in and the heat getting turned up on the comment boards, it’s time to open up our Saturday Surgery chatroom.

Our Dugout Discussion chatroom will open up at around 12.30 to cover the first of today’s kick-offs, as Nikola Zigic carries the hopes of thousands of Fantasy Managers on his lofty shoulders against the Baggies. Is it only me feeling rather uncomfortable about relying on the fortunes of the skyscraper Serb?

    Should I have R.Johnson or Coleman?

    Also any suggestions for the long run? I’m unsure about having 2 cheap strikers, for the moment I only have 3.3m spare, so if I ever needed to get rid of Zigic or Sturridge, I wouldn’t be able to afford much. Should I get rid of Nolan for an even cheaper player? Was thinking O’Hara?

            Not at all. But if someone links their team and they give some advice, then at least the person who has asked for help can look at think hmmm, their rank is utter shite, they know nothing, or, hmmm, they have a good rank, their a serious player and their advice is worthy of consideration at least. There are lots of dodgy people on here!!!

              See i disagree with that idea. Good advice is good advice, and people should be critical enough to look at the advice in front of them rather than hang on every word someone says just because they have a good rank. I think alot of the problems with this site is people not being critical enough to think for themselves and critically evaluate some of the stuff said on here.

              I see the point you're making though, i'm being a little facetious.

        My understanding is that Johnson is fine.
        But if you're still worried and the transfer is only for one week I'd bring in Jiranek. Can't see Ridgewell outscoring him and he would take up less of your budget should disaster strike elsewhere in your squad.
