Today’s early kick-off sees Man City looking to get back to winning ways after throwing away a two-goal lead at Craven Cottage last week.

As Everton roll up to the Etihad Stadium looking to extend their five game unbeaten run, the lineups are out and it’s good news for owners of Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko- both were rested in the midweek Carling Cup clash with Birmingham and return to the starting XI as City look to for the three points that will take them back to the top of the table before Man United take on Stoke this evening.

The sides in full are:

Man City XI: Hart, Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, Y Toure, Barry, Silva, Nasri, Aguero, Dzeko

Everton XI: Howard, Hibbert, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Coleman, Fellaini, Rodwell, Neville, Osman, Cahill

Join us in the Dugout Discussion as Gameweek Six gets off to an early start this Saturday lunchtime.

    Nice 1 point for Dzeko.

I don't care if this is knee jerk. Dzeko out. I know when someones purple patch is over, Mancini resting him against Wigan stopped his momentum. Plus his price is going to drop.

Same, I captained the bugger. Silva makes a lot more sense I reckon. Just need to kneejerk to some sensible attackers.

So. My captain, 1 point. Nonetheless, I am more than dismayed at the amount and level of negativity on here.

Try to cheer the good, and commiserate with the bad ... 😕
