While the departure of Cesc Fabregas and the arrival of fellow Spaniard Mikel Arteta at the Emirates triggered a burst of interest in the former Everton man, recent weeks have seen Arteta somewhat overshadowed in Arsenal’s midfield. Arsene Wenger has put his faith in Aaron Ramsey to fill the void left by Jack Wilshere’s ankle injury and the Welshman has flourished. Recent returns have piqued the interest of Fantasy managers and Ramsey is now blinking on the radar as a new source of coverage within an Arsenal side facing up to a run of favourable opponents.

In this latest Members article, we use our Opta data to examine Ramsey’s progress in recent weeks, assess his performances in relation to Arteta, and explore his overall potential within the mid-price Fantasy bracket.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    My team looks like this:
    Vorm
    Collins Baines Brown
    Nani (C) Mata Sess Sinclair
    Dzeko RVP Agbonlahor

Subs – Given, Moses, Simpson, De Laet

Can't say for sure but my money would be on an unchanged line-up this week to reward last week's decent showing. Expect at least half an hour of Ben Arfa towards the end though. Suspect he's being eased back.

    Afternoon,

Any thoughts on my team would be appreciated ... would you make another transfer? (Already done Adeb for Dzeko) Would you leave it the same? Change the captain? Change starting xi? £0.5m in the bank

    Cheers guys,

    Vorm

    Ward, Brown, Bosingwa

    Nani, Cabaye, Silva, Taarabt

    Aguero (c ), RVP, Adebayor

Schwarzer, Dyer, S Taylor, De Laet

Tempted to get Scott Sinclair in for Taarabt or maybe get rid of De Laet now for someone?

    Cheers!

No way Rooney will play - he's got one of those slight 'injuries' that keeps players away from international duty.

I've seen him train and he looks fit and sharp, plus he told Chelsea TV he's looking forward to playing against Bolton. Also, he wasn't picked for the Valencia game- mainly as AVB values experience of the competition above most other things, so I think AVB will want to involve him. He likes rotation and Sturridge is the most likely candidate to come in along with Drogba. I'm not saying he's nailed on to start but he's pretty much nailed on to feature.

SOOOOOOOOOO... Where will everyone be queing for FIFA 12 tonight?

I'm not the type to do such things, but will hopefully pick up a copy for £29 when spending £30 on the weekly shopping this week end.

Anyone else found any decent deals for FIFA 12? I'm all for saving a few quid!

Mine was posted first class from Game on Monday... Still not here. In-fact had no post all week - is there anyone you can speak to when you think your postman is actually just sitting at home on his arse? (seriously, this isnt' the first time I've gone a week without post only to get a dozen+ letters come through on one day...)

Had PS3 version on preorder from Amazon since 16th. Chose the best delivery option i.e. "Expedited" and paid extra but still hasn't arrived (as far as I am aware). It says "Dispatching Soon" on my orders on the site and Estimated delivery is 30th of Sept so hopefully here by tomorrow at the latest.

Pretty frustrating considering my work colleague who lives in the same town, preordered his Xbox 360 version a week later on Amazon, chose an inferior delivery option i.e. First Class and received it yesterday 😯

Glad to see this article as I was contemplating Ramsey.

With a 4pt hit next week I could have:

    Nani, Mata, Ramsey, Sinclair
    Rooney, Aguero, Adebayor

    Yes?

Fifa is great this year. Got in Tuesday and am loving the upgrades.

Game play and graphics are again suberb, but it is the new game modes and subtle changes to the interface and community that push it over the top.

More realistic as well. 10 on 10.
