A hugely significant fixture in the capital tonight, sees Chelsea host league-leaders Manchester City in the final outing of Gameweek 15. The Dugout Discussion has swung it’s doors wide open, so come and and digest the emerging team news…

Chelsea XI: Cech, Bosingwa, Terry, Ivanovic, Cole, Romeu, Ramires, Meireles, Mata, Drogba, Sturridge.

Man City XI: Hart, Zabaleta, Clichy, Kompany, Lescott, Barry, Yaya Toure, Milner, Silva, Balotelli, Aguero.

The visitors line-up exactly as expected, with Mario Balotelli partnering Sergio Aguero upfront, and Pablo Zabaleta replaces the injured Micah Richards. It’s the home side who make a couple of changes from the game at Newcastle, with the free-roaming David Luiz banned and the once guaranteed-starter Frank Lampard dropped. Jose Bosingwa comes in, pushing Branislav Ivanovic infield, as does Raul Meireles, slotting into the midfield.

    I don't want to be patronizing now - just very clear - but this is my sixth season playing and I guarantee that the Sturridge assist for the penalty will be added. Assists for causing handballs that lead to penalties have always been given as assists in FPL.

    Regarding BP, having in mind 2 shots of target looks like Sturridge could take 1 BP at the most. Lamps will get the 3 like Milner in the past.

      Nani has 2 away games
      VDV has 2 home games and a DGW
      VDV had chances and was getting into positions where he could score
      Plus i think he will be reinstated on pens when he has a few games back

      But to be honest its a close call

    b) Brunt -Nani/Mata

    d) VdV – Nani/Mata

    d) Brunt and VdV – Nani and Mata (for a 4 pointer)

    e) a and d (for a hit)

    f) Save transfer

    Am favouring option B with Nani as I'm trying to cut out the points hits and I can still do VdV to Mata as Mata is cheaper than VdV.

    90 points off the lead and Iam thinking of wholesale changes. WC yet to be played, but conscious

      your team is pretty good, but a bit top heavy. downgrade rooney, get rid of ramsey. keep dyer as a sub for now.

      Rooney > Sturridge / Ba
      Ramsey > Mata / Nani

      Vorm is a great keeper but you need to ditch Hilario when he has a tough away game. Krul or even Ruddy will do.

        sorry Wilkinson aswell, didnt spot him initially. Just go for NTaylor or someone to be honest. Your core defence is good enough not to worry about too much rotation. if you're feeling really frisky you could double up on the swans at home!

          there seems to be confusion with shots blocked. OPTA don't seem to count them as anything whilst other stats sites i've seen put them down as shots off target
