Sunday brings us three Premier League matches, with events kicking off at midday with the Tyne-Wear derby clash and culminating with the titanic clash at White Hart Lane. Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open and will be around to soak your reactions as the day progresses.

The team news from the Sports Direct Arena brings us no surprises in the Newcastle lineup with Papiss Cisse shaking off a groin problem to partner Demba Ba up front. Martin O’Neill has given us food for thought, however, drafting in Nicklas Bendtner in attack, presumably shifting Stephane Sessegnon to a support role. Jack Colbak makes way, while Phil Bardsley recovers form a calf problem to take his place in the back four.

        Its all about investing in defense and attack nowadays. No high priced midfielders is worth the price beside Bale and maybe Demps, but nobody is worth 10m

    I think Di Matteo will do an alright job for the rest of the season. He knows the club inside out, will have a chance to implement some of his own ideas and will no doubt win the dressing room back.

        Traore played fairly well yesterday.

        From what I've seen of Taiwo from the stands he hasn't adjusted to the English game just yet - still backs off and lets people cross rather than going in to make a tackle or a block. I'd guess QPR stay with Traore at LB accordingly. Hard to believe I know but Traore is actually the 'safer' of the two at the back!

      Moyes would be a good appointment. Neville mentioned Rodgers but he needs to put time in at Swansea first. You look at what Moyes has done consistently for Everton on a shoestring budget. Given time at Chelsea he could do well for them.

      It's turning into an England-esque poison chalice, where anything but instant success is punished with the chop. I'm sure AVB's bank balance will ease the pain in the morning, but whoever takes it is a brave man in my opinion.

      Fabio Capello is known to like a few quid and will understand the pressures of the job having been with England. Not the best man for the job in my view, but he could get it.

    Once vice captaincy, baps and a massive 1 point off the bench has come in I might scrape 60. Not bad considering I only got 8 players out. Dempsey=50% of GW points.
