Sunday Dugout Discussion

The Gameweek continues with a pair of Sunday Premier League fixtures – beginning with United’s visit to Wolves, as Wayne Rooney sports the armband for thousands of Fantasy managers. Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open to catch the reaction from the Molineux clash, plus the encounter between Newcastle and Norwich later today.

Sir Alex Ferguson’s teamsheet brings mixed news for Fantasy managers. Wayne Rooney starts as expected, but Ashley Young drops to the bench with Antonio Valencia making his return from injury to earn a role on the flank. Danny Welbeck also starts and is likely to be out wide, with Javier Hernandez given the nod up front. Rafael lines up at right-back with Phil Jones missing out once again.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Who was it who had the theory that Lambert starts with the subs he brought on last game? Morison and Pilkington start so that's 2/3.

Before anyone starts whinging, rooney was the obvious captain choice, played out his skin and on another day would have got at least a goal. You can't win em all!

Last time I brought in a player on a Saturday night it was the Pog and he scored a hatrick.

Bringing in Rooney last night and having no Utd attacking cover and losing no pace on anyone in my mini leagues has to be classed as bullet dodged!

To be honest all the goals today wont affect the average score that much at all. While now I wished I had given RVP the armband I'm pretty okay if it stays at Rooney(C) only giving me 10 points.
