A pivotal Premier League game kicks off Gameweek 30, with Champions League qualification on the line. The Dugout Discussion opens as 5th placed Chelsea host 4th placed Tottenham. A rare win for the visitors today (no win at Stamford Bridge since 1990) would not only stop the rot, but also go a long way to sealing their berth in Europe’s elite competition. The team sheets from Stamford Bridge are in, and are as follows…

Chelsea XI: Cech, Bosingwa, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Essien, Lampard, Ramires, Mata, Sturridge, Drogba.

Spurs XI: Friedel, Walker, Kaboul, Gallas, Assou-Ekotto, Modric, Parker, Sandro, Bale, Van der Vaart, Adebayor.

A host of changes for Chelsea sees Branislav Ivanovic, David Luiz, Raul Meireles and Fernando Torres all dropped to the bench. In come Jose Bosingwa, captain John Terry, Daniel Sturridge and Didier Drogba.

Harry Redknapp is boosted by the return of Emmanuel Adebayor, who starts with Rafael Van der Vaart at the expense of Louis Saha. Elsewhere, William Gallas and Sandro replace Ledley King (not in squad) and Niko Kranjcar.

Following that we’ve got another seven games to pour over, finishing at the Britannia Stadium where Manchester City will be looking to go back to the summit of the league, if only for one night.

        Baines is a season keeper for me, I play him in all games and I think it's worth it. Can't play fixtures with him, it just doesn't work...

    I saw 3 Aresnal goals and I was like surely RVP has scored or even assisted one of them but no he does nothing. I always seem to captain Van Persie at the wrong times.

    Glad I kept McClean, he has a few tough fixtures but he is still great value for money

      I'm really thinking about getting Walcott in, but like my midfield of McClean, Siggy, Bale, Dempsey & Valencia. Maybe I could do Dempsey to Walcott but it's a sideward move really. Walcott has the form, but Dempsey has the nack of exploding and with Norwich at home next week that could be the week.

    As much as I'm fairly p'd off with Liverpool, I think I'll hold onto Skrtel. Yes he has been desperate, and yes its probably the painkillers that I took during the match that's talking, but the fixtures leave verylittle other options as I have already Spurs, United, City coverage. Still not sure about Arsenal yet, but could always take a punt on Schwarzer --> Sczescny if all else fails. I try not to knee-jerk when a player does well, so I'm not gonna do it when one fails. Could even prove as a differential if enough of people transfer Liverpool defenders out....

        This is true. And with one of the RBs - either Kelly/ Johnson returning I predict the defence will be worth having. After 2 defeats to bottom-half teams, Liverpool are surely gonna fight harder next time and get the finger out...
