Another piece in the Fantasy Football Scout jigsaw for the new season was restored this evening, with the Set Piece Takers table published and added to the top menu bar.

Andy has rinsed through all the Premier League clubs and added details for all the Penalty, Direct Free Kick and Corner/Indirect Free Kick takers. When it comes to Penalties and Free Kicks, the players are listed according to the current perceived pecking order.

As we get more data from the pre-season matches, we’ll be refreshing the table accordingly. Plus, once the season starts, we’ll be keeping this table up to date to reflect any changes and pecking order shuffles for each team.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

What a Sunday. Ive just played GamesMaker at the fencing tournament in ExCel, London. Come home to a cooked roast dinner, had loads of sex with my lovely girlfriend and now I'm watching team GB with some chocolate ice cream and a glass of red. Somewhere in all that i've decided to put the Petri dish in my team after a youtube watch and his high scoring pre season,

    Zing-A-Ling.

    Sunday Funday. x

Does anyone have any doubts regarding Rooney? Not just VFM wise, but his form over the summer was terrible. I'm having him through fear more than anything.

Nah, I think part of his performance over the summer was a simple lack of gametime between the end of the PL season and the Ukraine match. United will work of getting him back up to scratch.

Not having him early last season has me petrified this time around!

If he plays up top on his own he is a must have, his form towards the end of the season was good, everyone in an England shirt was terrible.

Excellent stuff. My 4 x sub 5m defenders got 47 clean sheets between them last season and only Newcastle performed to their max.

Lescott would have got 18 (if nailed on) and then your looking at 3 x 4m to bring another 20 clean sheets to the table. None seem particularly tight. Swansea looked ripe for investment because of their possessive tendencies.

I'm surprised that I've not seen some more Sess love going on in the RMTs to date. He's a nailed on starting midfielder, playing as on oop striker in a Martin O'Neil team that has few other striker options.

    Am I missing something?

Torres and the DGW. For me it’s the fear of missing out that has him in my team, not the belief he can score big. If I didn’t have him and he knocked in a couple goals and an assist, I’d be spewing. If he doesn’t I won’t really care, I’ll collect my 4pts (if he starts and plays 60+mins) and transfer him out ASAP….

    …..does this make sense???

I've got a ton of coal to keep the steam engine going.

Sacrifice and compromises have to be made: goalkeepers are the place to do it. Better to spend too little on your goalkeepers than to have to downgrade them with two transfers.
