Loftus Road provides the floodlit setting for the conclusion to Gameweek 6 as Mark Hughes’ QPR host West Ham. We’ve opened up the Dugout Discussion chatroom to catch the items that drop from the messy minds of Fantasy managers while the action unfolds.

The team news from tonight’s game is somewhat significant. There were mixed messages on the likely return of Andy Carroll to the Hammers lineup but, when the dust settled the big Geordie only makes the bench after his recent hamstring twang. He will loom large in reserve tonight, then. Sam Allardyce does make one change, however, bringing in Matt Jarvis for the unfortunate Matt Taylor on the left flank: Taylor is apparently carrying a knock. As for the hosts, they give a start to Djibril Cisse with Junior Hoilett the man to make way. Stephane Mbia is given a first Premier League start, in for the injured Jose Bosingwa.

QPR Starting XI: Cesar, Onuoha, Nelsen, Mbia, Hill, Park, Wright-Phillips, Granero, Faurlin, Zamora, Cisse.

West Ham Starting XI: Jaaskelainen, Demel, Collins, Reid, O’Brien, Noble, Diame, Nolan, Vaz Te, Jarvis, Cole.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Goal! Queens Park Rangers 0, West Ham United 2. Ricardo Vaz Te (West Ham United) right footed shot from the left side of the six yard box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by James Tomkins with a cross following a corner.

Just saw i got 3 BPs from Olsson. Nothing beats unexpected points from a lesser preferred defender you brought in because you couldnt afford the preferred one. 🙂

hmm, not sure then. clearing the cache has worked for some but not others. when you clear it select "from the beginning of time" (ie everything), maybe thats it? as i know the first default option is only the last day.

I would keep Hazard for the home game v Norwich (that's what I'm doing anyway)

But you don't really want to get rid of Cazorla either due to good fixtures coming up.

Give Hazard 1 more week and then get Bale.

He's in that price bracket where i'd like to have the option to rotate people in and out of the squad depending on fixtures, eg, Ramirez, Walters, Michu etc... If I got Nolan, I can imagine him doing enough each week for me to not want to transfer him out.

Is there a worse pair of fullbacks in the league than Clint Hill and Nedem Onuoha. Really lacking any sort of wing play.

I wouldn't say he's captain material. RVP for me.

west brom v qpr could be the sort of game where everyone thinks home win when the opposite happens.

    Fletcher to Ba?

Also is Cazorla to Bale a sideways move?

is either move essential? i guess fletcher has the bad fixture and bale seems a must. I suppose id dump fletcher of the two just because i dont see a happy ownership of him for long term, cazorla should provide some consistency for long term ownership.

for GW5 i played my WC

for GW6 im taking a 4 point hit to bring in 2 players i dropped from my WC 1 week ago.

one of the two players im bringing in wont even start for me GW6, he's only a cheap defender I wont use often brought in to be able to afford the other player.

knowing just this, this is a bad idea right?

Can't see him doing much when West Ham's fixtures toughen. Having said that, playing off Carroll is an enticing prospect.
