Paul With the frantic festive period now behind us, we can finally take stock and assess the statistics over the last few matches. Having last looked at the data in Gameweek 17, we have three sets of matches to investigate – Arsenal’s midfield, Tottenham’s attack and United and City’s frontmen are all placed under the microscope this time around:
Getting Kos in this week disrupts my plans as I'd hoped ti have 2 FTs for GW23 (unlikely if Kun is fit and ready in GW22). But if I wait until wc he'll be 6.0 or more at this rate. Might be best to just bite the bullet and get him now before the price rises.

It's a tough one.
Burner vs a toothless West Ham looks like a sound choice atm. United have also been conceding in every other game. What do you think?
I would put Evans above Pozuelo, in fact I would play him over Burner
I would give it a 5/10 for the following reasons.
Your GK will not get you points most weeks and you really need a good rotation if you get 2 budget GK.
Your defence is missing best points scorer [Coleman] and if you plan on 2 premium defenders and rotating other 3 then you have spent too much [i.e. Evans], one of them rarely plays and the other two don't have good rotation potential
Your midfield is probably your strongest area although you should get rid of Pozuelo as he does not play that often and only usually comes off the bench.
Your strikers would have been good a few weeks ago but Rooney seems to be carrying an injury which could limit his gametime and Moyes is playing him out of position as well. Negredo has a poor record of scoring away from home and his recent points haul has been poor.

Negredo also looked poor last time out and I'm worried about his minutes despite Newcastle's mini-defensive crisis. Any opinions on my team are welcome, I know in my head I don't need to wildcard but having 3 guys in the same match in the week which many rivals are wildcarding is worrying.

in your case i would look to lose shelvey/fer with your FT. probably Fer, not much goal threat imo and norwich are too inconsistent
I was planning that but if I get rid of Fer I have only 6.8 Million and if I get rid of Shelvey I have 6.4

I'd go for it now! If you've only got .3 in bank now you'll be priced out of your WC upgrades whilst everybody else is pushing the price up!

You might consider Lukaku instead of Negredo to free up some funds elsewhere and hopefully could afford Yaya or Silva for Navas or Januzaj

I would group them by position for starters as you it is possible that you end up with a terrible attack and midfield but have an amazing defence and GK.
Just pick your top 15 strikers, top 25 midfielders, top 25 defenders and top 10 GK.
