Sunday brings the Gameweek to a close as White Hart Lane and Old Trafford host afternoon clashes bristling with the promise of goals and Fantasy points.

Events begin in north London where Tim Sherwood’s Spurs host Everton. Having been jolted out of a revival which saw them win four on the trot under their new boss, Tottenham will go into the clash with the Toffees off the back of a 5-1 defeat to City and 1-1 stalemate with Hull. Everton have had their own wounds to lick recently but, having suffered a 4-0 Merseyside derby drubbing, Roberto Martinez’ side recovered last time out with a 2-1 win over Villa.

Later today, United welcome an ailing Fulham side to Old Trafford in what looks to be a potential points bonanza for David Moyes’ outfit. The Cottagers have shipped 11 goals in their last four outings, notching just once in response. While United slipped to defeat at Stoke last time out, they’ll be heavily backed to recover in today’s clash, with Fantasy managers hopeful that Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata are pivotal in a big home win.

As always you can look to our Twitter feed for all the team news ahead of kick-off, while our Dugout Discussion chatroom will support your real-time banter requirements throughout today’s matches.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Rather disappointing week. Only 1 CS and RVP captain.

Still, I managed to get 74 points, which is OK.

I need some help fellas. I have 2 FT and I'm looking for an edge.

    I'm thinking of the following:
    Rooney, Yaya -> Sturridge, Mata?

    That would leave me with:

    Speroni (Mannone)
    Terry, Koscielny, Distin (Parr, Chester)
    Hazard, Gerrard, Mata, Mutch (Ki)
    Suarez, Sturridge, Adebayor

    £2.4 in the bank

    Any better transfers?

I think Yaya will not have a choice in the mater. He's likely out for the next 3 on a ban.

Depends if the ban will come through before the game if he appeals. More than likely he will get served the ban before next game but I'd wait anyway

Yeah, I think that's what I will do.

I've transferred Rooney our for Sturridge; as that seemed like a no brainer.

If Yaya is out; I'm likely swapping him for Mata. If He is not out; I might do ki for Johnson.

I'm eyeing GW28 at the moment; so I'm not sure if either of these moves make sense. I just can't see a better option.

Firstly you can blame Moyes for being 1-0 down, but you can't blame him for conceding that last minute goal. 100% the players fault.

Secondly everyone talks about our midfield sucks, but defensively we look even worse. If you're not scoring freely you atleast need a decent defence.

How can you blame the manager who is standing on the sidelines for a defensive error? How could have Moyes possibly changed that outcome?

Any ideas chaps? 4.0M and 1FT:

    Marshall (Mannone)
    Coleman, Cahill, Demel (Koscielny, Ward)
    Hazard, Mata, Lallana, Yaya (Noone)
    Suarez, Sturridge, J-Rod

    A) Marshall -> Adrian (double up WHU, good fixtures)
    B) Yaya -> Silva (assuming Yaya gets ban)
    C) Koscielny -> CHE (double up CHE, fixtures toughening up)
    D) Something else...

    Cheers!

It's all very well having a go at Moyes but bloody hell, the defence for both those goals were shocking. If you've been playing at that level as long as those players have, it's not Moyes fault they made such massive mistakes. If I were a Man Utd fan, I'd be jumping for joy that Vidic is on the way out.

        Why?

Cazorla is the 3rd best performing midfielder at the moment, he has nicer fixtures and does not miss GW28.

I may well get Mata back when the Arsenal fixtures get brutal.

It makes sense to have 2FT planned for GW28; so you can adjust to make the most out of the DGW coming up.

You need to stretch your FT up until that point; to take out anyone affected by the blanks.

It doesn't seem half as moronic as you make it out to be; depending on his roster.

With this Waterloo of a gameweek , what would you recommend (team linked)

    1. Barkley, Eriksen and Mignolet to Sterling, Mirallas and Boruc
    2. Eriksen -> Sterling, bench Barkley and wait for Yaya ban news for a potentional Hazard move.
    3. Giroud -> Sturidge and Mignolet -> cheaper goalie?

I have 2 FTs but will probably go for 3 transfers altogether.

    Thanks in advance!
