My random rant. I hate these kind of sudden call-off. I was banking on likes of Miralllas and Dzeko to score me some points. And now managers without them who score well this gw, are going to ride on the dgw ship later and get those extra points. This game is just so UNFAIR!

A word of caution for those making early transfers;
There's FA Cup, Champions League and Europa League football all to be played before the next gameweek, and these games are very important for a lot of clubs, so expect strong first XIs to be fielded.
Player's can only rise/fall 0.3 between now and 22nd Feb, so it's not worth the risk of bringing in a player only to spend -4pts to take him out again.
There are 12 GWs left so those points are precious, yes waiting 10 days sucks but patience pays!Open Controls-

Eriksen was taken off against Everton for being crap. He may have fallen out of favor - but this is speculation. Game was out of hand so no reason why Sherwood would hand him a cameo so I would not read too much into that today. However, I would be very concerned if I owned him.

I agree he looks bright when on the ball but he seems to have that Ozil effect where he disappears for long stretches. Really your guess is as good as mine if he gets a start for next PL game. They did just hang 4 with his ass parked on the bench..I would probably be nervously holding if I owned him if you have other more pressing issues but I think it would be wise to figure out an exit strategy.

I think the risk is pretty low. I know I want him in and he will rise. Not sure about Benteke he could maybe even drop? Not afraid of a -4 if I have to anyways cause I haven't been taken hits in a while either. Usually my first instinct is good and I faulter when I hesitate or chane at the last minute.

Hit the nail on the head with your last point. Team's not linked so hard to see how bad it could be, but I'm assuming you have at least 1 arsenal, man city/utd, chelsea, liverpool and everton? All have important games so your players have a very real chance of playing and whilst injuries aren't common, imagine your frustration if suddenly you can't field a full side
