There’s bad news and good news. Maybe. The bad news is that there’s no ScoutCast scheduled for this week. On the flipside, that’s because we’ve decided to take on a new approach which offers a new way to “enjoy” the weekly get-together with myself, Granville and any guests we persuade/cajole into joining us on air.

The ScoutCast is going live.

From next week we will be using Google Hangouts to stream the ScoutCast recording live. You’ll be able to tune in to the session and have the pleasure of seeing Granville and myself in our humble abodes and you’ll be able to interact live with us, during the recording, with Jonty joining us to fire us your questions and reactions.

If you can’t join us on the night, you’ll be able to download or view the ScoutCast Hangout shortly after the recording and, as usual, we’ll be publishing an edited version, in the usual mp3 format as a podcast, on Thursday evenings.

It will take time for us to adjust to this brave new world. The live stream will expose us, warts and all, to you the listener/viewer, but that’s a risk we’re prepared to take to improve interactivity and take the ScoutCast forward. Besides, with my current rank, I’m at rock bottom with nothing to lose.

Jonty will be setting up Hot Topics and a Twitter hashtag and, when our new live comments system is up and running (it’s looking good by the way), we’ll be embedding the live stream in this and you’ll be able to interact with us in real-time.

As well as Jonty’s return, we’ll be trying to bring in special guests on a weekly basis and we’ve already lined up the first victim for the opening show.

We’ll bring you more details on all this in the days to come and, if you want to be kept in the loop and get involved on the night, we recommend that you follow us on Google+ or Twitter to get the latest news and subscribe to our new YouTube channel, where all our ScoutCasts will be published from here on in.

If all goes to plan, we’ll see you, or rather, you’ll being seeing us, next Wednesday evening.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    2 free transfers done
Stones in for Evra and Lukaku for Sturridge

If Hazard does'nt make it, I have Olsson coming in. And if YaYa is out on top of that, then it's Demel away to Arsenal.

I like Lailana for this week and next.
Probably who I'm gonna go for.

Don't trust Mirallas game or generally.
Not sure about Eriksen this week cos I can see the Baggies keeping them to a low scoring draw.

Some feel Ramsey will play FA cup and only have some sort of cameo role in West Ham game.

      Lailana for me.

If fit, Aguero will certainly start at Anfield.
He his the main man. And bar that game versus Cardiff he has started always when fit.

It's the Premier League on the line. He has to go with their best formation.

Cut a 100 point lead to 50 in my cash work league and I can sense the fear.

The league leader has Zaba, Yaya and Silva meaning I have to invest in a City striker.

Aguero or Edin is the big question? I think Kun is the biggest statement in the work title race but those hamstrings worry me.

Plus I have two free transfers so might go with an Everton midfielder, already have Luka and Coleman. Best option Mirallas?

Nasri could be an option for you in the mid. Gives you differential on the guy you are chasing at least and he'll play most minutes of his DGW. Mirallas is a rotation risk.

I'd toss a coin with Kun vs Dzeko. I have the latter already, but if I was in your position and he is declared fit, I guess I would take a punt on "Mr Dodgy Hams"

that's why you should save....the reward wouldn't be significant enough this gw to justify the risk

need more feedback; Hazard --> Lallana (next 2 fixtures favorable); then bring in Mata and Rooney for GW 36 probably

    current squad:
    Mannone, Given
    Ward, Cameron, Coleman, Chester, Ivanovic
    Gerrard, Hazard, Nasri, Silva, Eriksen
    Dzeko, Suarez, Sturridge

is it worth doing Hazard -> Eriksen with a FT this week to catch Eriksen rise, even though I would not be playing him?

concern would be if I then had team issues next week and the FT would maybe be more useful than the 0.1?

I would take the hit. You will earn 2 of the 4 points back just by Lukaku starting twice so you could call it a 2 point hit, plus Sturridge doesn't usually score many per game time.

Hes scored 11 goals in 24 appearances for the best team in the league and has the touch of a wildebeest. Bony, Giroud, Remy etc all have more goals and that about all he offers, id say hes overrated.
