Have Wisdom ATM. WBA rotate very well with my other defenders but am I better off with Baird.

What makes you think Kelly is going to play? Could easily be signed as back-up as he can fill in across the whole back line.
He's inexperienced as well. Too much doubt over both Kelly and Mapps nowOpen Controls-

Nothing original in these comments, but:
Chambers - would be great if he gets a decent run in the team, but you will probably left with a trade to make on your defence early doors which is never a good thing when you will definitely have "more important" transfers to make.
Cameron might not start.
Sanchez may need a bit of time to settle, going off recent performances. Consider Ramsey if you are set on Arsenal.
Fabregas could be gold if he has the 10 role. Double pivot and he might struggle for big points. You could upgrade to Hazard if you go with Ramsey and not Sanchez.
Mariappa might not play.
Vlaar plays for Villa.
