Sunday serves up a trio of Gameweek encounters, with Thursday’s Europa League ties pushing Hull and Tottenham’s home fixtures alongside Man United’s trip to the Stadium of Light.

Events begin at the KC Stadium and White Hart Lane, with Steve Bruce’s Hull hosting Stoke and Mauricio Pochettino’s Spurs facing a London derby clash with QPR. Fantasy managers will be focused mainly on the latter, with Christian Eriksen the top owned asset on show from the early kick-offs.

Attention then turns to the North East, with Louis van Gaal’s United outfit taking on Sunderland in a bid to get their season underway following the opening day defeat to Swansea. With a staggering 48% ownership, Wayne Rooney remains the headline act, while Juan Mata’s 19% ownership will be holding out for returns in order to stem a tide of sales that have already seen the Spanish playmaker drop in price.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Repost.

Judging by the performance, Id say United need a good 7 players before the end of the transfer window. At the current rate, I doubt thats going to happen.

Buy: Vidal, Di Maria (almost done I hear), Blind, Hummels and a few to replace the below.

Sell: Chicharito, Anderson, Nani, Young, Welbeck, Valencia, Cleverley, Smalling

Exactly. Maybe one of the promoted teams would be interested. But maybe those players know how good they have it so would kick up a fuss or pick up a special 'Fellaini' injury that would prevent them from being sold.

Still, a 4.5 mil defender in a top 6 side is a bargain, + cash saved from him and you can afford terry or so. but as i said, not happening obviously.

@ Fellow Mata sellers of last week

Is it just me or some of you still with me thinking it was not a wrong decision at the time?

One of Rooney or Mata had to go for me, double United attack seemed a waste. Both have a goal each so far, so I'm happy with decision

siggurdson was rising, is 3m cheaper, and united are rubbish. Don't regret selling him, regret starting with a side with so many holes. I don't think there's value in the strikers this season. Just gone with the ones at the top teams.

Yeah, look at the home fixtures to January. If .5 and a spare transfer pop up I might get Don Vito as well.
