Fabregas has become essential and his ownership is very high. I would get him although it looks sideways
I agree it's a slightly sideways move, but fabregas is 0.7m cheaper which allows so defensive upgrades next week.
I agonised over fabregas or hazard all pre season, I just saw fabregas playing deeper, but he's playing much higher up, and seems to have clicked with Costa
C, next week he could get the assists or goals, you must be doing well if this is your transfer for the week. I've had 2 injuries per week and Debuchy this week.

Defence could also use boosting and the 0.7, or 0.4 I would make from downgrading hazard could help later on
