As a Liverpool fan, it's hurting me. Since the slip, the title loss..he's mentally not there. Although he had 13 goals and 13 assists last season, his stats covered his weaknesses. He's weaknesses are being exposed week in, week out. He's 34, playing in the toughest league in the world. There's no other defensive midfielder who's good enough to provide protection. I also feel as if he's losing the respect from opposite fans. I honestly, hand on heart, believe he'll call it a day soon. 1 more season after this, at the max.
Let us not. His time was then, this is now.
It'll actually be a pity that he won't have a premier league medal either. It kills me.

Expensive front, but your cheap defence isn't that bad. Try different solutions and see what fits you most, you have unlimited transfers.

Once Upon a Time there was a young man called Jonny. Now Jonny was a happy go lucky chap just trying to make his way his way in the world. Jonny had 2 friends called Rio and Nemanja. But Rio and Nemanja never Jonny play with them and this made Jonny sad.
Then one day Rio and Nemanja hurt themselves playing and so Jonny was allowed to play. Jonny was now very happy. Jonny got a run of playing and he was doing very well, not letting in goals and even managed to score himself.
Now, there was a group of people who were very interested in Jonny as his card was a cheap one, especially as he played for the best team in the district. These people were very happy. Then one day something happened. Jonny's headmaster told the horrified onlookers that Jonny wouldn't be allowed to play in the last game and suddenly all his cards were sold or put to the back of the back. But Jonny's headmaster had lied and Jonny did play, and didn't let any goals in, and all those people who sold their cards weren't very happy.
Something changed in Jonny that day. He realised that he quite like the idea of people keeping his card in case it was useful, it was like a drug to Jonny. So it began Firstly, Rio and Nemanja were let back into the playground and Jonny went into background again. Then when he was allowed to play he let goals in.
Nemanja and Rio left the playground and Jonny was now the big down in town. But this wasn't enough, oh no, not for Jonny. Firstly his allowed his mate Pat to go off whilst no goals had been let in, and allowed one to go in, 30 seconds after Pat had gone off. Then he scored a goal, and let no goal in, in game no one cared about, then he did it again.
Then one day it was Jonny's turn to hurt himself. Now, this was supposed to be a minor injury, and so one, poor, brave soul refused to trade his card in, in the hope it might be worth something. When Jonny eventually came back, he let in 2 goals, and made the poor man cry.
Yet, still, many poor souls bought his card again in the summer, only to see it rendered worthless just days before it becmae active, leaving them frantically trying to swap. When Jonny was ready to go again, shares in his card soared again, then Jonny hurt himself again.
So, continues the cycle. Will you buy a card from Jonny again?JK. There's a lot wrong with you but I like you. I'd also like to say Evans is a troll.
