Both 2 and 3 are worth it, imo.

I prefer Sánchez. Bad luck with Downing. My issue was that Sigurdsson's stats were awful - I nearly sold him. They have improved a bit, now, though ...
btw doos - last friday i asked many poeple who to play siggy or downing - the vast majority said siggy and i feared his high ownership so i left downing on the bench... i remember you were absolutely certain about dowbning - had i listened to you i would have a good gw rather than average...
I'd suggest getting boyd as fifth mid. Play downing every week and use the cash elsewhere.

Hazard to ADM is worth it. Keep Fab unless there is not much money tied up
i have a feeling hazard is on track to be hazard again.
fab is ticking nicely but never captain material - he gets you 6,7,8 points which is great week in week out - but haz can go 2,15,3,12 etc.

Looks like bringing in Chambers is being used to facilitate.
If Sterling keeps dropping at the current rate he could be great value when Liverpool start playing like Liverpool again.
He won't drop as quickly now. There are different price-drop thresholds when players are above their original price, and highly owned players drop much quicker. Now he's back at 8.5 he'll need a lot more NTO per drop.

Alternatives to Sterling?
I've held onto him despite the price drop because I haven't seen a better alternative in the same price bracket. This week I'm going to get rid though - I'm thinking Oscar or maybe downgrade to Downing and move some cash around.Of those options, I'd choose downing. Either that or upgrade him by cutting costs somewhere else.

I did Sterling + Diame + Ivanovic to Sanchez + Downing + Chambers on Saturday night before the rises and falls. For a -4. Feel good.

I think the animosity towards hits is actually a problem for a lot of fantasy managers, I'm not saying go out and take -12 point hits every week, but if the moves are sensible and look more than likely to repay the transfer cost, then why not? They obviously work, and it's not that Hits are a negative aspect of the game in that you are more than likely to lose points than gain them. If that was the case then,I'm sure FPL wouldn't have included it in the game.
Doosra is a prime example of how hits can work out, this season. He's made 15 transfers thus far, and taken 2 -8 pnt and -4 pnt hits. People on here are afraid to take a single hit, let alone an -8 pnt hit, and yet people like Doosra are flying high this season despite the transfer cost.
He's sitting pretty on a rank of 14k and it shows just how well his hits have paid off.
This week, he took an 8 pnt hit to do:
Welbeck--->Berahino
Sterling----> Sanchez(C)
Ivanovic---> Baines
+ 26 points including the Sanchez captaincy(8 without) ...includes the 8 point hit.
And 8 points is quite a lot when you're way up in the ranks, 26 is an enormous amount to add to your points total. Think he went from 86k---->14k or so...

P.S I'm the complete opposite of sensible hits, my hits are incredibly risky. The risks I take are stupid, and that's why they don't always work out for me 😆

I was hit-crazy in my previous 2 seasons. This season I haven't taken one yet. I guess you can't really say whether one strategy is better than the other but hits have generally worked out for me in the past. They make FPL more exciting too 🙂
Did the sane transfers but with Costa instead of Welbeck for -4 and went from 60k to 30k. U captained Sanchez also. Does that count as having balls??
