    Pelle > Austin done

6.0 in the bank is probably the most I've ever had at this point in the season!

    1. It’s gonna Ben Mee

      What's your team value?!

      1. SpinyNorman [*_*]
        11 years, 11 months ago

        Not high, 96.5 :/

When Aguero blanked on saturday me and my friends joked that people would sell aguero now and that it will be a good thing because he'll end up as a differential! Can't believe its actually happening and why because rooney scored a late goal against arsenal? if aguero scored one of his 7 shots and if rooney didn't score that late goal it would be a whole different story. Think its an insanely poor kneejerk transfer tbh even tho I do like th look of rooney myself

Pelle -> Giroud? Anyone considered this?

    1. Puyol Pants Up
      11 years, 11 months ago

Nah, would rather have Bony. Giroud isn't nailed and just came back from injury

      1. Royal5
        11 years, 11 months ago

Bony seem inconsistant though. And I already got Siggy..

        1. Puyol Pants Up
          11 years, 11 months ago

5 goals in the last 6 games? Seems pretty consistent to me. Giroud is the king of inconstant strikers.

            3.8 points per game

            1. Puyol Pants Up
              11 years, 11 months ago

That includes the RC + the first couple of games of the season where he was benched and 0 goals in 6 games. (3 of those games as a sub)

              1. Royal5
                11 years, 11 months ago

Leaning towards Bony, as he seems like the obvious choice. But also considering Giroud. Think he could come good with Sanchez and Walcott (when back) feeding him.

          2. Royal5
            11 years, 11 months ago

Bony is defo a good option though.

    2. Royal5

Arsenal need a target man in the box so can´t imagine Welbeck keeping his place up front.

      1. Puyol Pants Up
        11 years, 11 months ago

        But is he fit enough?

      1. BLACKSHEEP
        11 years, 11 months ago

Yeah... I'm not one who says away from hits... But I do like to think most of the time they are logically thought through. I mean, the calibre of players I would be changing to is significant lower... But in fpl terms...

    3. SpinyNorman [*_*]
      11 years, 11 months ago

Clyne > Yun for a hit seems a bit extreme.

      1. BLACKSHEEP
        11 years, 11 months ago

Well. I've been planning to get rid of clyne this week. To Yun frees up a lot of cash for me to get in Costa, but.. I agree it's not nice for a hit.

  6. FionnMac
    11 years, 11 months ago

2FT and £1.6m in the bank. Had an awful GW12, might be a time to be aggressive with my transfers. What to people think about the following, for a -8 hit.

    Bego > Guzan
    Clyne > Azpil
    Tadic > Downing
    Pelle > Costa

People are gunna probably say it's too drastic but I'd plan to do these over the next 2-3 weeks anyway so I'm thinking I might as well do them now and reap the benefit immediately?

    Bego
    Baines Clyne Duff
    Sanchez ADM Siggy Tadic
    Aguero Pelle Berahino

    Bench - Chambers, Marney, Wisdom

    1. ILOVEBAPS

I like those moves but I hate -8.

      1. FionnMac

B then, I think. Though a Costa/Rooney/Aguero strike force would be pretty impressive....

  8. thunder_mike
    11 years, 11 months ago

    Forster Hamer
    Wisdom Chambers Bertrand Baines Duff
    Downing Siggy Fab Sanchez Boyd
    Costa Austin Aguero

    2.7itb 1FT

So tempted to do Forster + Chambers to Fabianski + Ivanovic

    Should I?

Azpi instead and use the cash?

      1. thunder_mike

        1. The Machine
          11 years, 11 months ago

That's a good idea. Very attacking at home and even a rare fail away from can be made up with their explosiveness at home

          1. Jaffalicious! #SomosCubanos
            11 years, 11 months ago

This is a good way of thinking about it actually. The games where they score 0-2 goals could be made up for their home games.

    Two questions:

    1. Would you rather have Clyne, Coleman or Azpi for the foreseeable future?
    2. Any chance at all of Baines dropping in price this week?

    1. Jaffalicious! #SomosCubanos

We've all been there. I rage transferred tadic in whilst the game was still on during his 23 pt haul. Had a total of 10pts from him since in 4 gws.

Naylor should be good for the next two plum home games you'd hope so it could work out.
