Granville and I get cosy on a two-seater sofa – within touching distance – just how he likes it.

In truth, my-host is getting too close for comfort: the mini-league gap is down to just 42 points, with Granville relentlessly chiping away at my previously unassailable lead.

We review Gameweek 16’s events, including my oh-so bitter Dzeko pill, before discussing De Gea’s uncanny form, the demise of Leighton Baines and my latest set-to with Jonty: are there better options than Diego Costa up top?

The regulars wrap themselves around that lot, while Granville, thankfully, keeps his hands to himself.

Snuggle up to the noise via this link or get up close and personal via the player below…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

🙄 Please don't let me get started on info wars! 🙄

I would have to provide 100000 pages worth of posts to justify the truth on 9/11 alone

    Please Please Please

As a scientist, my colleagues and I have spend endless hours (prob multiple years worth) of research and the evidence is quite clear! I spend most of my working days digging up facts.

Can't we just talk about RVP, Austin, Sanchez and Yaya???

    Fun times!

        far from it...

science doesn't lie my friend and one fact reveals it all

its called nuclear fission and its main by product.....

        TRITIUM

which I'm assuming you have absolutely no clue what it is and how its formed

Mainstream left that out of the news! OOOOPS

There is no doubt some form of nuclear energy was used, either in the form of planted explosives, or in the form of a directed-energy or particle-beam weapon. Hard to tell which though given the complete absence of any proper investigation (which should itself be an enormous red flag).

Maybe the aliens hiding out on the moon base were involved in this too? I'm sure they would have 'particle-beam weapons'.

Jeez I had a look at one of those stupid videos you recommended the other week. Funnily enough they didn't mention nuclear weapons of any description. They kept talking about how Thermite/Thermate brought down the towers, but kept talking about explosions as if they were the same thing...

Anyone with half a brain cell can see that the twin towers were demolished, but unfortunately the lie runs so deep and is so pervasive that its become reality and people refuse to see the facts no matter how obvious they are. I commend you for your work, and would love to know more about your work if you've got a website?

Fwiw, I myself am a mechanical engineer (graduated first class with honours from a top 5 UK university), so I'd like to think my views aren't completely un-founded either - not that you need a science degree to see the obvious...

Most definitely Rick. I'm a microbiologist/bioinformatics. I work for an independent (non govt funded) lab, small but amazing company with multiple networks across the US. Email me RubeRx@live.com and I can send you some amazing websites revealing the work of other independent scientists whom are 100x times smarter than I am.

I think most engineers, architects and scientists are pretty much up to date on this topic at this point. I'm sure most engineers have their share of evidence as well.

The science behind it reveals the whole story. The levels of tritium that were detected at 60x to 100x normal levels for days, weeks, months at ground zero after the event can only mean one thing and one thing only... a nuclear event (aka mini nukes)
        ABSOLUTELY NO ANOMALIES

It's not a coincidence either that 90% of the first responders from that time all have cancer.

Like I said, I could go on all day but this is not the place!

Pretty sure the tritium theory is bunk, there would be pretty obvious background radiation from the neutron activation of the steel and other building materials no? This should be the smoking gun and the fact there isn't any kind of blows the theory out of the water

            • 11 Years
            11 years, 16 hours ago

Well that is why most of the first responders got radiation sinkness and cancer years later. As for the materials, the dump trucks swooped in very quickly to get rid of the evidence, though of course that could be yet another coincidence...

Regarding the Balotelli fine, do you think its right that the FA can decide what a player can and can't post on their private social media accounts?

Personally I think Dyke and the rest of his crooked Hodgson-appointing chums aren't exactly the ones to pass judgment on matters pertaining to freedom of speech.

    1. Heels_Over_Head
      • 12 Years

Regarding your quitting fantasy sport, is this the correct forum to be in to get it done?

As for Balotelli, all members of professional sport teams are also public representatives of their sport, and their overseeing body can and should kick them to the suspension curb when they do things that damage the face of the sport as Balotelli did.

This is the same as in many sports where players who commit crimes are suspended from play even though they have not had a fair trial yet. (see NFL for recent examples)

      1. rickardinho
        • 11 Years
        11 years, 16 hours ago

The key word there is "commit crime"... what Balotelli did cannot be considered a crime, unless you live in an oppressive society without freedom of speech.

Quitting fantasy sports doesn't mean I've quit watching football altogether, and thought this was a good place to ask my question 🙂

Didn't say he committed a crime. He damaged the face of the sport.

Kids look up to athletes. Leagues have a responsibility to not let players be awful people in a public way that kids would want to emulate.

well... this week, Austin is my "fourth striker"... the one I would go get if FPL suddenly allowed us to own 4

3 out of 4 games at home, decent sched after that, January WC in near future to get rid if he under-performs too

leaves you with money in the bank to upgrade elsewhere and/or deal with injuries during the holiday fixtures at a later time

Past 3 weeks were hell for me. My rank dropeed from 9k to 60k

    This is my team

    Guzan
    Baines, Taylor, Azpilicueta
    Yaya, Hazard, Fab, Sanchez, Siggy
    Bony, Kane/Austin

    Hamer, Duff, Hutton, Kane/Austin

Baines has been really irritating me. I think I'm going to transfer him out if he doesn't give me points this week.
Also I can't decide between Austin and Kane for this week. Thoughts?
Any way to upgrade my team? I know my forward lineup sucks.
    Suggestions would be most appreciated.

Don't like the curse of the early fixture with Yaya
Bony usually gets less shots on goal away they tell me
I like Chelsea on Monday Night Football, so Hazard from those choices but I think I'd go with Fabregas because:

          - Fabregas has had his rest already and Mourinho said everyone would get a rest for at least a match during the festive matches

          - Hazard's form is lower away from home

          - gut call

Terry didn't cop shite for racially abusing Ferdinand, AND it was caught on camera. Balotelli is racially abused almost every game (was), how anyone can accuse him of racism is beyond me.

Being racially abused does not stop you being racist yourself.

Stereotyping jews for being money grabbing is the bit that landed him in trouble i would have thought, saying anything that offends jewish people or culture seems to create more uproar than other ethnicities.

I agree a ban is disproportionate to the 'crime' here.
