They were. It was cheaper to get Azpil, Azpil was getting BAPS every time Chelsea played a clean sheet, more attacking threat etc etc.

I think I might do that first move as well. Seems silly when Terry won't keep scoring this often, but his price is going to soar, and I'll want him on my late WC - better to do it while I can rather than pay through the nose later.

It's one thing picking the wrong player but it's annoying for me where I wanted to play Hutton but kept Clichy and Kol in the team so one definitely played(pity about the 1 point cameo but happy with Clichy's points!).
It is softened by the fact my two Mini League leaders benched Kane and I didn't! I held firm on benching Siggy based on his normal away form and ignoring the other day.
Who's the better pick for the big striker? Rooney or Falcao? Rooney is better and has better form but plays deep(today didn't go forward at all) while Falcao plays 60-65 minutes, is more injury prone, is not in good form but plays in the last 8-10 meters and could be a nice differential.
RVP v Falcao is the real debate
Now I view Rooney as Ramsey-esque, midfielder with late run into the box. Big striker is between RVP and Falcao, I fancy Falcao for his instinct and workrate, RVP seems past his time a little bit.
If I still have my other WC what are the reasons to hold off on this one for a few weeks?

Only use it if you need to do 3-4 transfers, using it when you dont need to can ruin your team, it certainly ruined mine last year.
There is still plenty of time for new transfers to come, and more time for more players to hit form before the end of January WC.

How it any different from other assists earned from converted PK's?
I mean it's a pretty clear-cut rule...An opposing player supposedly handling the ball doesn't exactly strike me as winning a penalty. Never mind the fact that it actually hit him in the face.
