Considered DDG>Lloris or PvA>Rose. I think unless Giroud explodes tmrw I'll do Giroud>Austin instead along with Fab>Erik.

Austin surely more points potential than a Spurts defender. And as there is only the one game on the weekend I think I want two strikers involved. Then out for Costa 🙂

My god I'm more delighted about Ameobi and baird scoring points than Krul and Lescott clean sheets. What a sight to see baird coming of the bench with 2 minutes to go. Just hope Clichy starts now and all will be good with the world.

Im not confident of a clean sheet for Saints against CP, I dont think I'll be doubling up this week.

    Back line

    Forster
    Terry Dawson Bellerin

    Bench - Clyne Bruce

I think it's more that Pelle has been found out, so they not scoring and therefore not winning games.

They've still only conceded 4 goals in 5 games, so their defending hasn't let them down.

Yes but when a team can't score the defence eventually starts to crack. Koeman will have to open up the way they play. I can't see them finishing above 6th/7th as I said yesterday.

6th would be a huge achievement.

No one expected them to stick on the top 4. Their squad isn't as good as Tottenham's, Liverpool's, or Man United's. Or even Everton's for that matter, but they're out of the top 7 picture.

After Arsenal, I fully expect Man U, Liverpool & Spurs to round out the top 6, in that order. Southampton for 7th and therefore pick up the last Europa League spot due to Chelsea and two of Arsenal/Liverpool/United being in the FA cup final.
