Our attentions turn to the weekend’s matches as we delve into the data this evening. We cast an eye over Villa’s in-form duo, assess a couple of Sunderland prospects and analyse the goal threat of Hull’s weekend hero and Liverpool’s little Brazilian as the two go head-to-head at the KC tomorrow.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

    Early ideas on this lot?

    Schmeichel - Pantilimon
    van Aanholt - McShane - Duff - Terry - Skrtel
    Hazard - Henderson - Sterling - Cambiasso - Fàbregas
    Vardy - Agüero - Giroud

    1 FT, £3.6m in the bank.

    Save the FT this week?

    Bench Cambiasso?

    Cheers in advance.

      Bench Cambiasso. Seems obvious?

      Fabregas -> Sanchez

          I'll have to see how affective Fabregas is against Leicester, should be a good guide as to his prospects against Palace

          True that but if they cant produce on a dgw with 2 easy games yiu really have to question holding on to them. Esp with Chelsea looming. Also Had missed seeing fab on the next line. Thiugh a potential title winning match at home to palace on the cards there too

      I'd save for sure TM. Liverpool aren't setting the world on fire but they're miles better at Anfield so you may as well stick with the mids and load up on Arsenal next week. Also, someone may get injured or sent off which could force your hand.

    Mr coutinho it is now your time to shine. I bought u in after watching u play extremely well in real terms and scoring a couple of screamers. Since then uve treated me to a couple of assists and bugger all else. U seem to be able to score in the cup though. Tonight my friend, I want double digits!

        I kinda want him to do something as he was my transfer, cheeky 7 points maybe. But I don't want much more because he's not my (c) and my main rival has him (c) and just 40 behind.

        Austin should get a move where he'll be the main man, Swansea or Stoke would suit. Competition might be a bit too stiff at Everton, Pool or Spurs.
        Ings will go somewhere but apart from one brief purple patch he hasn't impressed me much, Burnley's underlying problem is they can't score goals yet he's been ever present all season.
        Would expect Matt Philips, Caulker and Trippier to get snapped up by lower table PL clubs.
        Also expect Adam Johnson to leave Sunderland for prison.

      I'm planning to do sterling to Sanchez.

      The question is should I do it this week or next? Liverpool have a better fix but arsenal's is also decent so it is a tough choice.

        Its a tough call alright. Not many GWs left now, its more about points than being conservative so saving the FT is not as important imo.

      Pants - Davis
      Ivanovic - Clyne - Bellerin - Schlupp
      Hazard - Silva - Sterling - Cambiasso - Puncheon
      Aguero - Kane - Costa

        Stones? Some good fixtures coming up. Or, just get ahead on the DGW with Monreal (although you might prefer attackers for Arsenal), or O'Shea, PVA.....something like that. Not much to go with in that price zone, but some decent options.

                I tend to agree, Wickham is raw talent with a lot of potential (albeit not met that yet) whereas Defoe, whilst undoubtedly a quality striker, has slowed a little and probably doesn't have the motivation to re-sign a contract and finish the season on a high.

        No-one really knows, if he was nailed he'd be a very popular choice, but a lot of people seem to think he might only play one game of the DGW. Monitor this next few weeks and see what Wenger does with him ... if you can leave your Arsenal defender until the last FT then make the decision then. I'd be leaving enough in the budget to afford Koscielny if you could, though.

      Question about general strategy.

      If you have a player whose value overall is excellent, how many weeks of bad form do you give them before selling?

      I think most people are too impatient, but I am the opposite, probably too patient. Earlier in the season I kept Downing for ages , living off his early season form.

      or does it depend on other factors like stats, performances or team played for?

        I do that too. Giving players with good value time. Before it used to be 3 GWs time, now I'm looking to change that.

        If i think about it i guess reputation and past performance influence me to hold onto players, maybe too long.
        If Silva, Giroud or Kane blank in a few i persuade myself they will come good. If it were Pelle, Benteke or even Eriksen i get rid quicker.

        Depends on how many pts a player has returned. For example, likes of Coutinho and Mane have provided good returns, so its fine for me to keep them till end. But Kane havent returned many pts since I got him, so taking him out wont be an issue.
        Its sort of favouritism, attachment to a player.
        I also try to bring players whom I like so that its easy to hold them for long.

      Greetings from Colombia, which of the following would you do?

      Myhill / Panti
      Terry / Skrtle / Bellerin / Schlupp / Rose
      Ozil / Hazard / Hendo / Coutinho / Mahrez
      Vardy / Aguero / Giroud

      A) Save transfer -> transfer Bellerin and mid to XXX and Rambo
      B) Vardy -> Benteke
      C) Something else

          I'd keep Bellerin for now and see how this pans out ... you never know when Debuchy might drop like a bag of potatoes again ... and to be fair Bellerin has kept clean sheets when he's played recently, Wenger is astute enough not to tamper with a winning formula.

          Could be wise to have an exit strategy though.

      In the members area, is there a way of making stats graphs for a player?

      For example, I'd like to pick a stat like shots in the box, and then look at a player's trend throughout the season to see if they've suddenly stopped or started getting chances.

        KPI is what you want. You can compare Kane's last 6 GW's to all his previous GW's if you want to see if his form has dropped.

              I guess it depends on whether you are going to keep Vellerin as one of your 3 Arsenal for gw37. If yes, Benteke followed by two Arsenal mids, if not I'd go for Giroud.

                Yes, I plan on keeping Bellerin and hoping.

                Why should I only get Giroud if I ditch Bellerin? Don't see the logic there.

                Yep that's another option. It's tough. Another option is

                this week: Remy -> Benteke
                next week: Sterling -> Ozil
                GW37: Clyne -> 4.6 def, Kane -> Giroud (-4)

                  Double Southampton def is too much Imo but not a priority. Kane looks good for last 2 weeks if I remember. I'd be taking a hit sooner than gw37 personally. I don't fancy 2 ManC now so that's why Isuggested silca out. Aguero out would let you get Sanchez. Again, I shifted Silva and kept Kun.

                    Yeah it is, not a priority though as I can always bench one of them.

                    Kane has HUL and eve. HUL looks good but everton away not so much. How about this?

                    GW35: Remy -> Benteke
                    GW36: Sterling -> Ozil
                    GW37: Keep Kane and do Silva -> Sanchez, Clyne -> 5.6 DEF
