With just two Gameweeks left on the agenda this campaign, our round-up of the Fantasy Football Scout leagues returns this evening. With leagues in Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Ultimate Fantasy Premier League, Sky Sports and the Fantasy iTeam (FiT) Champions League game, there’s plenty to catch up on.

FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE

Simon March, aka “Dufflinks”, extended his lead at the summit of the Scout League by a further seven points – courtesy of a 92-point haul – and retained the top spot in the overall rankings. Captain Sergio Aguero delivered exactly half of his Gameweek 36 tally, while David Silva (16), John Terry (nine) and Wes Morgan (six) supplemented the Argentine’s eye-watering output with strong returns.

Kev Gleave – who’s currently ranked fifth in the global standings – moved up one place to second by virtue of a 93-point Gameweek, sporting a very similar team to Simon’s. The above-mentioned quartet of players also delivered the goods for Kev, while Jamie Vardy bolstered his forward line with a five-point haul.

Mariusz Fyrstenberg sits in bronze medal position after carding an impressive 103 points. Double Leicester City defensive coverage (Kasper Schmeichel and Jeffrey Schlupp) paid dividends, as did his decision to bench Raheem Sterling in favour of Jordan Henderson, who notched an assist and two bonus points against Chelsea.

Stuart Shingler is a new arrival in the top five of the Scout League, having accrued a whopping 107 points (ranked 959th for the Gameweek) in the last round of fixtures. Like Mariusz, Stuart profited from his decision to field Schlupp and Schmeichel in defence, alongside the usual suspects in Aguero, Silva and Terry. Tom Cleverley (eight points) proved to be an astute differential, as the much-maligned Villains midfielder netted for the third consecutive match.

Killian Long – who sat third after last Gameweek – is clinging onto the fifth spot after recording a relatively disappointing 79 points. Aside from handing Aguero the captain’s armband and plumping for the popular Foxes pair, there was little else to cheer about for Killian, with every recruit in his four-man midfield (Alexis Sanchez, Eden Hazard, Philippe Coutinho and Santi Cazorla) drawing blanks.

We’re also giving a name-check to AbuBaker Siddiq. The world number two is a member of Fantasy Football Scout, though has yet to join any of our official leagues. Similarly, regular FFS poster “Takamba”, also known as Stuart Greenacre, sits in third in the overall standings.

In the Fantasy Football Scout Members League, Simon March stretched out his lead over Killian Long to 58 points ahead of the double Gameweek. Greg Clarkson elevated his standing with a 99-point haul and now occupies the third berth. A strong collective performance from all involved in the league has boosted it into second place in the FPL’s “Best League” leaderboard, behind the Scout League.

ULTIMATE FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE

Despite tallying seven more points (112) than second-placed Obay Eid (105 points), Damian Lindall’s lead at the top of the UFPL Scout League was cut by a singular point due to his transfer costs. Sean Tobin lost ground on the front two but remains in third place after notching 89 points. To join our UFPL league, use the code 524-87.

SKY SPORTS FANTASY FOOTBALL

Geoff Pryor heads up the Scout League once again with 2351 points, yet a new entry in the top three, Steven Adams (2349 points), rests just two points shy of that total. Katie Burgin (2338 points) slipped to third place and lost 10 points on league-leader Geoff. The winner of our Sky league, which retained top spot in the League of Leagues, wins £1,000.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Our official Champions League game this season is the Fantasy iTeam (FiT) offering – a free, reliable and easy-to-use Fantasy football app. With Real Madrid and Juventus still yet to clash horns at the Bernabeu, Adriel Cheung (833 points) now leads the Scout League by a 19-point margin, ahead of second-placed Juan Garcia (814). Gavin Rolston (806) dropped down one place to third. There’s an iPad mini on offer to the winner – the league name is Fantasy Football Scout and the pin is 11155.

After making a tidy profit yesterday thanks to 365's money-back in play offer, I'm wondering whether to do the same or go down a different route.

At the moment I'm lining up putting 30 on Juve to score in the first half @ 1.40 and 30 on them not to score in the first half @ 2.75. This would guarantee me either 11 quid or 22 quid profit.

However, the punty side in me want's to do something else. I could put 30 on a gimme like over 0.5 goals just so I'll at least get all my money back. I could then put the in-play 30 on something with decent odds like Tevez AGS @ 3.00 (or something even better). Best case scenario here is that I could end up with over 30 quid profit.

Greater upside to this of course but if it doesn't come through I'll be slightly worse off than in the first case.

been doing this since its inception.

      have had £50 on

      Ronaldo @ 4/1
      Giroud @ 13/2
      Tevez @ 11/2

Hoping for more of the same tonight.

Over 0.5 goals is normally the way i go, but will go under 6.5 tonight as it seems safer.

I did have one where they required 60 mins per game to qualify but it means you can't change the GW filter. I don't think we'll find out the likelihood of who will play (minutes wise) until after the Man U game, so i took that out of the equation.

Ahhh yes, he's looked good on the right, but who will he take them off? Think he's more a sub for the last 20-30 mins. Obv if they beat Utd then he's more likely to play more. This is the biggest issue to resolve.

I'm 1 point behind in my money mini league.

    Team is
    Ospina
    Terry Bellerin Vlaar
    Sanchez Henderson Bolasie Silva
    Aguero Vardy Benteke

    Kasper Fabregas Schlupp Moreno

I'm a little worried about just having 1 Arsenal attacker....... but I have Ospina & Bellerin so limited options.

    Option 1
    Bolasie to Gomez

    Option 2
-8 hit, Bolasie to Gomez, Henderson to Cazorla, Bellerin to PvA.

        Teams are quite different now.
We both only have Bellerin, Sanchez, Silva, Aguero and Vardy.
I'm thinking he will get another Arsenal mid for Sterling (Caz or Ramsey) so hence my thoughts to cover that move

Then i can't recommend a 8pt hit. Tekkers, Ospina, Hendo. You have options to make up those points and it costs too much to 'cover' him. Now is the time for differences imo. Fab if he is gonna be benched may as well be a swap.

Thinking this might be the week to hold off on a transfer and save one for a punt or two in GW38. Aguero got me a pretty healthy lead over my chaser in the league (73-35 score was a pretty cruel blow to my mate), so I am fairly safe from the league standpoint. Unless someone tells me different

Would you take a hit to keep Hazard and bring in Sanchez?
    (Ivan + Eriksen -> £4.9m def + Sanchez)

Or do Haz -> Sanchez for free?

ML rival has both Hazard and Sanchez so the hit is going to hit my relative score but its definitely the sensible choice? Got plenty of other differentials to make that back. The first option also means finally ditching Eriksen who is blanking all over the place (even if Spurs have got Hull).

I have Cambiasso, Henderson and Hazard, 1 FT, 0.3m in the bank. I have PVA, Panti, Ramsey, Giroud and Sanchez. Should I:

    A) Save - start Henderson and Hazard with Cambiasso on the bench if Haz doesnt play
    B) Henderson - Gomez
    C) Hazard - Gerrard/Silva and Cambiasso - Gomez (-4)

Non-Sanchez owner, wanting to stay in the top 1k as season goal as currently 10 points inside. Captain Ramsey, Cazorla or Giroud?

If you needed to a defender in with a decent final week fixture, what two transfers would you choose this week:

A: Caz and Wasilewski (bench Was this week and play Clyne, play Caz both weeks)
B: Bellerin and Gomez (play both this week and only Bellerin next week)

    Cheers!!!
