Champions Chelsea roll up to West Brom in this evening’s 8pm encounter as Jose Mourinho’s side look to continue a run which has seen them drop just two points in their previous seven road trips.

The main worry heading into this one was, of course, the extent of Mourinho’s rotation. Despite suggesting he was set to start a number of youngsters, the Chelsea manager keeps faith in his big-hitters for the Hawthorns, with Diego Costa returning to lead the line and the likes of Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas, John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic all named in the XI. In total, Mourinho makes three changes from the Liverpool match, then, with Costa, Nemanja Matic and Gary Cahill replacing Willian, John Obi Mikel and Kurt Zouma.

With a single goal conceded in their last four, though, the Baggies’ return to resilient ways has been key to clinching their top-flight survival for another season. Tony Pulis also makes three alterations to his starting XI, as James Morrison, Callum McManaman and Saido Berahino come in for Youssuf Mulumbu, Craig Gardner and Victor Anichebe.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

would love to see Pulis at a bigger club

just curious if he could guide the likes of a Liverpool or ManU to a higher finish than their current inept management

LVG has done fairly well, all things considered. Too stubborn early season, but shown through in the end.

Shown through? quite obviouanhe got luckynwoth some of his players getting injured, resulting in a forced change of formation

yeah that's the stubborn portion..needed an RVP injury to realize he needed to change it all around.

that being said, he was playing the formation he was because of lack of personnel and some unlucky injuries.

I think we'll be good next season

It's a completely different when the expectations are sky high. Also fans wouldn't put up with his football.

I know it's different, curious if he could rise up to the occasion.

Fans put up with Mourinho. They can put up with Pulis if he brings in more points.

Just incredible that none of Matic,Terry.Ivan,Hazard or Fabregas got injured this season for long periods.

Another reason why they won the title so easily. City had so many bad injuries and int. tourneys for the big players like Kun,Silva,Kompany,Yaya etc.

Would've been a different story if City had all of them fit all season.

I'd say more interesting in that sense. Making points has been tougher. Last season there were obvious guys who continued to score throughout the season, so many had them and scored a plenty. This season has had more changes to it, it has been harder to keep on scoring well.
