Our delve into the Gameweek 9 data comes around tonight, as we cast an eye over City’s weekend goal heroes in our first members article of the week. Arsenal’s midfield differentials and Newcastle’s four-goal Dutchman are on our radar, whilst we also asses a couple of overlooked recruits for our five-man backlines ahead of the weekend deadline.

I think all those moves are very good

Payet has been sublime, you really need him in your team and will be a consistent scorer

I think Bony could do the most damage as a short term option,

Ahhh... Think Eriksen is a great shout for the next 2 GW's at least and he could then become Barkley, Cabaye or Wijnaldum. Yeah?
Trouble will be fitting Kun back in as I'd have to shave off £2m from the team.

      1. Dynamic Duos
        • 12 Years
        10 years, 9 months ago

Maybe just take Eriksen and then reevaluate when Aguero is fit, you may want to downgrade a different mid at that point.

Depending on Mahrez minutes between now and then i could do Mahrez > £ cheapo as a 5th mid bench fodder.

Do these look like hard fixtures? Because this has been the fixture list for Everton so far. They are 9th in the table and they don't have European football. Do we really know how good they are? I'm going for trollkaku, his stats suggest a return to the year before last but I think he'll be better than that.

Cheers Wakey, all week I've been debating wether to ship Martial to Kane but looking at that and how they're playing it's making me think it might be better to lose Costa instead

And they had another blank tonight, crazy stuff, I brought in Costa for a hit and captained him last week, might just take my winnings and run a mile lol

United's defence could be worth investing in though. But yeah, the only United attacker I'd consider is Mata as he's involved in such a high percentage of anything good they do in attack. Everton have more options fpl-wise.

Should I take a hit to get rid of Silva or Martial?

Seems a no brainer but then again Silva comes back the next week vs Norwich and Martial has an awesome schedule after the derby game

    Help me out guys.

    I have Gomis and 0FT.

    Would you:
    A) swap him for Vardy now (-4)
    B) keep for Villa game, then swap for Bony for free next week for the NOR game.

Ps i do have mahrez if that even matters

I'd think Vardy will cover the 4 points. Don't take the punt however if you are going to sell GW11.
