          Sounds crazy I know, had Mahrez benched all week them switched out shortly before deadline as was worried about the ownership and Payet hadn't completed 90 yet. Felt it was the safer option, may still turn out to be the right move but not looking good right now.

      don't beat yourself up over it. it was right to be cautious - everything else was just how it eventually played out.

      Most returns from injury this season have resulted in crappy lacklustre performances.

      do agree with Overratedd a little though. some signs evident if you had watched those cameos. first touch was good, which was what impressed me the most.

          Payet's got a slight deflection, not that it stopped it being a great goal. Valencia struck it sweet and it went straight in. Both really nice though.

          Nah, the Valencia free kick looks like that first, but from the GK perspective you see that it passes the wall way above it.

          And the Payet free kick only took a minor deflection and was definitely on target before it - the deflection mostly (if not only) just put it higher on net.

      Hold out on Silva to Alexis. Honestly I'd bite the bullet and bring Ozil in. Either that or take a punt on the Chelsea double up and do Silva to Oscar.
