If you were going to keep one sgw attacker, surely it's Kane, right? There are so many great midfield options...

Potential Sturridge punt...with enough cash left over to afford Kane GW35

Keeping kane and mahrez at the moment, not sure who else I'd be able to afford in midfield unless I do both antonio and lanzini

Also keeping an eye on sturridge

There is so many options to be fair...comes down to who has the Crystal ball..

options include: mahrez, vardy (been dry but will get goals and has pens), alli, alder, one of the sou boys, why even eriksen..

suddenly noticed the fatal flaw in my GW33 wc for outfielders

Need to lose a West Ham asses I guess

One of those will need to be your GK in order to bench so should be fine, otherwise its just 1 FT to sort out after the doubles

        I have 2 Man Utd

keepers are DDG and Elliot so Elliot can play in 35

but I'd have 5 blanks, so I;d either have to play with 10 or use both FTs

Thinking of taking a -12 hit until GW34 to get 11 DGW players then using WC in GW35 to get a Leicester and Tottenham players straight back in.

    Good strategy?

    Most recent draft:

    Schmeichel
    Bellerin - Reid - Klose
    Payet(C) - Mahrez - Lanzini - Alli/Eriksen
    Kun - Kane - Lukaku

    (Elliot - Ozil - Koscielny - Fuchs)

with just about enough money itb to swap my Spurs mid for KdB.

but with my current draft I wouldn't have enough to swap Lanzini out so I'd have to sell Martial to Defoe and use my 2nd FT or play with 10

If I got Olsson I could do Lanzini to Khazri

Had the crazy brainwave of building a wildcard team GW33 with Aguero for WBA home, then swapping for Lukaku DGW34, then back again for Aguero GW35 playing Stoke at home...?

Madness but going without Aguero in those home games could be season wrecking, but at the same time I don't fancy him away two games on the bounce...

    Any thoughts?

Provided you can get 11 out in GW35, the tactic is generally to hold the GW33 transfer. Seems to be quite expensive as the sale value for each wont be that high and paying £13.6m for a player is ridiculous. Though his away form is questionable, could pay off massively if he blanks in the double.

I need to double on Pool defence 🙁

          It's painful

I can avoid it but then I either only get 10 out for 37 or I take a -4 (which might not be the end of the world)

Sounds good to me, I'll be going with all 3, but I'd say Kun is the most expendable with City's form and his price..

                Definitely wouldn't lose Ozil.

Hey all, how do these moves look for this week?

    Elliot - (Forster)
    Bellerin - Cresswell - Fuchs - (Williams - Wolls)
    Ozil - Mahrez - Payet(c) - Willian - (Siggy)
    Kun - Kane - Vardy

This is using my 2 FTs to do:
    Toby -> Bellerin
    Arnie -> Willian

    Thoughts?

There are just so many rotation possibilities with that group. I don't feel confident that any of Gabriel, Sakho, Darmian, Rojo, Milner, and Coutinho play both matches.

So do I but wont lose sleep over it. Ashford if Rooney is out or try fit Lingard in your midfield. Their points will be spread over the shop I think. Will definitely take Rash though if Rooney isn't back.

yup, if Rooney isn't back I'll get Rashford and get Coutinho and Firmino (which may justify selling Mahrez)

if he isn't i'd prefer to have Martial

And Deeney also has another DGW in 37 and has some tasty matches around that (despite the blank in 35) including both Villa and Sunderland at home.

Not mad on Liverpool defence either tbh, especially when you already have Clyne.

Reid (West Ham) is another option,
          Maybe Klose (Norwich) too.

It looks very good to me but there is overkill on the United defence, and it means you are playing Elliot in GW 35. Gabriel is also not nailed on. I'd downgrade a United defender and perhaps even swap Elliot for Schmiechel - That way you'll have a goalie playing away to Sunderland in 33 and at home to Swansea in 35

  22. Irish Madridista ⭐

Struggling to figure out who to lose for GW35 🙁

Klose (no other options at that price other than Sunderland)
    Lanzini
    Payet
    Lukaku

Might take a 1 week punt away from Lukaku and get him back for the double.. hoping his extra fixture is GW35, is that still possible?

What the hell is going on with everybody on here these days?

We have 2 DGW's coming up, with people having WC, TC & BB's and in a lot of cases all 3. So what's all the talk about an immaculate line-up that get's you through the run of gameweeks without a hit.
DGW's and hits come hand in hand.
I'm not suggesting everyone goes hit crazy but with the carrot of 2 DGWs surely a hit or 2 would go a long way to maximise your potential scores.
    Sheesh. 🙂

depends on who the hit is for, but yeah I am not averse to 1 -4 for a DGW if needs be

Hit might well be for something like Kun to Costa, it depends on if I get 3x Pool or not

        DDG, Elliot

        Kos, Monreal, Sakho, Reid, Olsson

        Lanzini, Payet, Firmino, Coutinho, Ozil

        Lukaku, Kun, Martial

That's possible if I do need cash I suppose.

Lanzini to Lingard frees up the cash for Bellerin over Monreal though

but it means all I need to do is Reid to PvA in 35, Kun and Kos out by 37 and 11 for 37

Man, I understand the appeal of wildcarding now, but wouldn't you like to see how Pool line up on 4/10 and 4/14 first so you'll have a better idea of which defenders and midfielders might actually play BOTH matches in the DGW?

Don't want any of their defenders at all, and I might ignore their mids if KdB tempts me enough instead, either way I could just get one of them in for GW34 for free 🙂

Fair enough. I just think so much could happen with injuries and rotation due to international games and fixture congestion between now and then. I'd rather lose .1 or .2 than lock into something that could go horribly wrong.

            But good luck!

          Dummet - injured
          Haidara - injured
          Colback - 2 match suspension
Mbabu played there once. I'd expect maybe Anita to fill in if the above are still injured. But that's just my guess
