Why take the risk when he has Bertrand, Rose and Cresswell?
He needs players that can only give 100% tbh

Have I missed something? Team news has Cazorla ruled out but he's been back in full training since before Palace game, has Wenger said he won't play?

Wondering how Cazorla and Ramsey will affect Iwobi

Rosicky, Walcott and Cambell also fit.

Iwobi will get benched sooner or later.

Not helped by the fact that he didn't play particularly well against Palace. Young players always seem to be the ones to make way if a change is needed.

      • 12 Years
      10 years, 2 months ago

Only very recently back in training so wasn't going to make Sunday, FWIW I think he misses tonight too but could be back for this Sunday. As for Iwobi its a bit worrying as Santi should slot into the midfield alongside Coquelin or possibly Elneny with Coquelin benched. That leaves Ramsey as yet another option for the attacking three. If I were Arsene I'd be playing Iwobi on merit but he could well opt for experience to secure the top 4 spot.

All in all its a bit up in the air and I hope we get clarity in the presser ahead of gw35.*

*Yes I know that's probably too much to ask.

Morning guys, who's the best midfield option for GW35? I was all set of Coutinho but I'm worried he may be rested now, same with Firminho.

    I have 8.7m

Alli, Sanchez and KDB are my other 3, with Payet blanking.

I'm thinking its between Eriksen, Mahrez, or gambling on Coutinho?

One of these, or anyone else to consider?

Am a Red they gave Moyes over 11 years ok on a less budget he got an FA cup Final Martinez has been there for almost 3 now reached a semi final and could go all the way and win it since 1995 I think the players are avoiding the blame and aren't honestly trying for him Baines & Lukaku to name a few,Baines clearly wants him out & Lukaku is thinking about his next move away Jamie Carragher hit the nail on the head last night when he said the Everton think this is best squad since the 80's there not.

I.have studge and mitro. On thr former, origi getting injured was the worst possible thing for studge minutes, now I.highly doubt he will even start Newcastle, will klopp really risk.his only fit striker( sorry tekkers) the weekend before el sf with his obvious propensity to rotate for that competition. On the latter even with mitro game time geberally in doubt, surely benitez will not start cisse three in a week after all his injury problems?? Unless that's why he took him off so early last game?

I think it will depend how bad Origi injury is, if he's out for a few weeks then he wrap Daniel up in cotton wool.

If Dick is good, he play Slurridge,.

Ye I guess injury looked bad tho, I'm pretty convinced firm is the man to have now, klopp doesn't mind playing him a lot and he will play at false nine now with studhe preservwd for el.

Probably Firm will play up top, unless they blood some youngster.

          Benteke injured?

If not, perhaps he will start.

Ok then, where do I go with this lost for the weekend...

    Darlow
    Sakho, Lovren, Gabriel, Bellerin
    KDB, Couthino, Sanchez
    Aguero. _____, ______

No Game: Souare, Lanzini, Payet, Martial, Lukaka

    Thinking about -4pts.

    Lukaka & Martial ➡ Defoe & Kane.

Should I do a -8 and strengthen midfield or Defence (plus it give me a sub)

But it's not given me an extra player then?

Well, it's is if Coiuthino is a no show I suppose.

No Strurridge risk though given Dicks injury (see above)

Yep, but I wouldve preffered him to stay fit. That way Studge could start 35, Origi first leg, Studge 36, Origi second leg, Studge 37 🙁

I actually pushed the button last night on Studge BECAUSE of the Origi injury (well, and because he was benched from the kick-off)

Perhaps I've made an error there?

Mind you, Studge showed last night he can score from the bench no problem. And if he were benched he'd be all the more hungry to get the goals. He could have had a couple last night in 35 mins.

Lukaku + Martial > Defoe + Kane the best moves for you Evs. But if Liverpool rotate their team again you have a major problem.

Souare > PvA/Kirchhoff possibly for backup, also? DGWer too

Id do the hut but probably kdb/ cout instead as they both reallu unlikely to start and I'd rather the upside of an extra attacker than pva in for a hit. I would look at rlc for dgw mane or alli or even firm possibly if it's cout out cos if we right about studge ( and I really thibk.we are) firm.will surely play as false nine

      • 12 Years

Those two blank spots were screaming Kane and Defoe before I even finished reading the post. Oh and Lanzini -> RLC could be a sly move. Or it could fail spectacularly of course.

Not even looked at Chelsea over last few weeks, it's even more of a lottery there.

I think I would prefer the Alli comfort blanket.

Senior players are on holiday, Guus has said now is a good time to play youngsters as the club have nothing to play for, RLC is their best youngster and he has good stats playing across the front 3 in recent games. What's not to like? I'm looking at Payet -> RLC this week then probably Iwobi -> Payet in 37.

      i've got Luk & Martial to Defoe & Kane for -4 for 11 + 1 sub.
and i think I've got bring in one more to cover Liverpool rotation with Firmino & Coutinho and possibly the Gabriel situation if he's dropped tonight.

If it helps. We have almost identical team. Smalling instead of Soure.

What am I doing is Kaku&Martial for Defoe & Kane for -4 hit or Studge instead of Defoe. To fund Studge I would need sell KDB for Alli and take extra hit.

But don't listen to me. You are the one who finished 5th

My team is in a real bad time, at the same time as I have just reached my best OR rank ever. Anticlimax.

What would you recommend me doing:

    Darlow Robles
    Bellerin Sakho Gabriel Smalling Delaney
    KdB Sanchez Coutinho Payet Lanzini
    Lukaku Mitro Aguero

The obvious move is Lukaku - Kane, but I have to take a hit and swap out either Cout/Payet/KdB or Smalling in order to get funds. I have £1.0m too little. I also want Alli and Simpson.

I assume Cout will be rested vs New, but I'm also not that fund of Payet form and KdB in CL.
