Starting to think about my 3rd striker for GW36 onwards...I was set on Defoe but Carroll is flying at the moment and both have DGW. So Defoe or Carroll?

Leaning towards Defoe as Carroll could be rotated with Sakho

See what happens midweek. Could be over after the 1st leg or other injuries.

I think he'll miss the next Swansea game as its 2-3 days after europa, then for the DGW37 he'll definitely miss one of those games as they come 2-3 days after Europa. Think he'll play the Chelsea game in the DGW so there is a points potential there but if you're after a DGW player that will play both then I'd say get rid otherwise keep if you can cover for GW36 and are ok with 1 game in GW37.

He´ll defo miss some games to rotation. Not sure who to get if I get rid though.. Stuck with both him and Firmino and think one of them would be more than enough.

I'd say keep frimino...he seems to be able to handle more game time. its a toss up between the two though.

Leaning towards that atm, not impressed by him today though. Looked very off and lazy walking around on the pitch.

True...if I've learnt one thing from the last DGW it is to pick nailed on players over ones with a potential high points ceiling. I chuckled when people were picking Milner over Cou/Frim but kicking myself when Cou was dropped for the first game

Interesting to note for GW36 WCs and the general community. According to FFFix's point projection algorithm, the highest scoring teams based on 3GW projection is:

    DDG Gomes
    Smalling Kosc Cresswell Jagielka Moreno
    Sanchez Payet Firmino Alli Antonio
    Sturridge Lukaku Kane

Slightly expensive for most (I presume) but alternatives can be made eg:
    Ighalo (4th highest forward)
    PVA (8th highest defender)
    Mannone (4th highest GK)

The RMT machine here has a few things to say about this line up, but it looks broadly close to what the template will be.

FFS Scout Picks = 15 points with 7 to go
Community champ (me) = 30 points with 6 to go

    Differentials remaining
    FFS SP: Mahrez, Defoe(?)
    CC (me): Cech

It depends on what method they use. If it's by sniffing it could be quick but if it's the tasting method it can take ages cause it's hard to get volunteers

The standard protocol is to run the same sample in either different laboratories or different testing methods to ensure consistency.

At least 2-3 days required for analysis but that excludes the finishing of the report I think

Coming from a chemistry grad afaik

Why is it a pain in the arse?
I own him, and the way I see it is that he wasn't likely to play both games in gw37, so swap him out for someone who will - am leaning towards Cresswell or azpi, meaning I can use another transfer to get either Sturridge or firminho in

Because I had transfer plans in place and now I have to go back to stage 1 again. Like seemingly every week when I transfer in someone who gets immediately injured/ red carded

That's how this game works. Never plan more than 1 gw in advance. It restricts you too much. I was planning on getting in pva this week, but went for alli and defoe instead. Flexibility is the key to success
