Saturday treats us to seven more Gameweek 2 matches, with Stoke entertaining Man City in the early lunchtime kick-off.

Sergio Aguero will be hoping to continue the momentum that’s already harvested six goals in his first four outings under Pep Guardiola.

Having seen Zlatan Ibrahimovic score twice and rack up 13 points last night, though, the Argentine has plenty to do to vindicate his place at the top of this week’s captain poll.

City warmed up for this one with a 5-0 hammering of Steaua Bucharest on Tuesday evening, and their manager has been reluctant to make changes – Pep Guardiola makes just one alteration from that match in Romania, with Nolito replaced by Jesus Navas on the flank.

For the Potters, Shay Given once again deputises for the stricken Jack Butland, who remains sidelined with an ankle injury sustained in training prior to Gameweek 1.

Mark Hughes makes one enforced change for the hosts, with the injured Xherdan Shaqiri repalced by Joe Allen. Bojan is expected to switch to the right flank to allow Allen to tuck in behind Mame Biram Diouf.

    What are people's thoughts on Sterling and his place in this team? At the minute he's looking pretty nailed, getting into dangerous positions, and at 8.0 could be an absolute bargain.

    Should start by saying I'm a stoke fan - can't really have any complaints about that penalty but I would say that does happen several times in every game.

    Would love to see sky or BBC review every corner this weekend and see how many fouls there are like this.

    Stoke not playing very well - bojan is no winger. Would like to see Sobhy given a go out wide.

    philosophical question - how much should I pull my team apart to upgrade negredo to benteke?

    I think tekkers will be fantasy gold, and palace have some amazing fixtures coming up, but this will mean downgrading eriksen to lamela, who has gone up 0.1, meaning I have a useless 0.4m in the bank as I don't get the 0.1m increase on negredo.

    I can live with the 4 point hit, but is the transfer worth it?
