As a guy with three straight finishes in top 7k im now sat around 2m having played WC last week. Going on pre season form and the wrong pen takers like Oscar and Vardy has been costly. Having not been in this position since playing the game 'properly' after finding sites like this I wondered if others had come back from a start like this and made 10k.
Actually looking forward to the challenge from here in but I guess I have to avoid panic moves and stick to whatever has worked before. At least there seem a vast array of good picks this season.Good record. Don't agree that there are a vast array of good picks that have emerged just yet. Good luck with the fight back.

I had 3x great years in a row before last year (6.8k, 7.8k, 2.2k) then along came last year. BAM! 145k 🙁 put a lot of faith inMane, Mata & Hazard at the start, kept expecting leucster tomfail, and eventually it all fell to pieces!

2.5m in GW3 to 21K. Another GW8 could happen etc.thats a contender for biggest turnaround surely

You'll be alright, don't panic, position sounds worse than it is at this stage of the season when only 3 GWs have been played, your not that far behind in reality

Haven't seen enough of Payet this season to make any assumptions. Give him a few games and then compare. As of now, Antonio looks the better option.

Those figures suggest not. Looking at these two also with Antonio affording Baines and Payet Masuaku.
Lamela is underrated but great value at 7 mil to get Spurs coverage. Similarly priced Antonio is pulling at me but may move to full back lessening his value. Going back and forth.
The full back thing is not true . Sullivan said they are going to play him as a winger and he said they signed Arbeloa in order to provide back up for Byram .
He is garbage and will rotate with Sissoko if not lose his spot. Antonio is your man as he wont move back to RB

Collins - West Ham have great fixtures, but terrible underlying stats
Koné - Sunderland have great underlying stats but haven't translated it to points, and mixed fixtures
Pieters - price good if he drops, and good fixtures coming up, but Stoke have bad underlying stats and no Butland
Friend - Middlesborough have decent underlying stats but their fixtures get tough after the next gameCollins is 4.6

Kone probably the greatest threat. Collins in a more solid team. Friend (and Boro) a bit sporadic defending at the moment.
