After Saturday treated us to eight matches and 29 goals, we have just a solitary fixture to focus our attentions on today.

West Ham welcome Southampton to the London Stadium as Slaven Bilic attempts to halt a run of three straight Premier League losses.

Both sides chalked up EFL Cup wins in midweek, yet while the Saints saw off Palace to rack up a third successive victory in all competitions, the Hammers had to rely on a last-minute free-kick from Dimitri Payet to see off Accrington Stanley.

With a pair of assists in each of the last two Gameweeks, the Frenchman has been in fine form since returning from injury.

Nonetheless, Payet has remained overlooked by many Fantasy managers due to the form of Michail Antonio, who has netted five times in four since being moved onto the flank.

With his defence in disarray, Bilic will be relying on that duo to get the better of a Saints side that have picked up a single point in their two road trips so far.

For the Saints, Nathan Redmond remains their most popular FPL asset despite a four-match barren streak, though Dusan Tadic is the form player heading into this one, having served up an assist in each of the last two Gameweeks.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

I think it might be worth keeping Antonio, yes West Ham are crap but he had 5 goals in 4 games before today's game and he has good fixtures and yet people want to jump off him after 1 blank. Antonio's been in some great form and he's had 1 bad performance out of 5 so I'm backing him in.

West Ham are performing badly not him. It's hard to see them scoring goals. And you can own him for 7m if Lallana will keep firing like that.

I already have Lallana so I don't have the option to just switch to him. And even if I had the option, I wouldn't do it

Lukaku was great last year in a terrible Everton side. Austin was great 2 years ago in a relegated QPR side.

What I find hilarious is people ditching Antonio because he blanked today but want to keep Redmond (1 goal in 540 minutes) because he "looked good".

He shifted to RB, was absolutely rubbish and at fault for the 3rd goal.

Can't see him starting there. Lanzini was bilge as well.

Feghouli was ahead of him aswell theres a reason he gets put back there they have no other options

            9 years, 6 months ago

Very possible Lanzini doesn't start though and one of them shifts elsewhere. Antonio is a liability at RB. Feghouli wasn't impressive either.

I just don't think there's enough evidence at all to say he's now starting as a RB. Club's highest goal scorer from RW and a dreadful defender, difficult to see Bilic deciding RB is where he needs him.

No different to usual, Ibra fire sale before Stoke at home, despite being the top scoring striker in the game after Kun. Ozil being ditched for hits after scoring double figures and with 4 plum fixtures in a row coming up. Some odd decisions.

Antonio is certainly staying in for me - could've had a goal and an assist and is a beast running with the ball, reminds me of Gareth Bale but on the right. Those with Payet should also keep imo.

For my transfer(s) it's up to who's injured out of Baines and KDB (if both then I'll take a hit.)

Think I'm getting rid of Antonio. Even if he gets the odd goal, he'll be outscored by Walcott or Lallana or any of the 7mil midfielders.

West Ham are in freefall and he's stinking up my team. FPL is about hopping off and hopping on bandwagons at the right time, not holding onto fading players

Anyone who uses that phrase is deluded. It's been thrown around so much this season it's ridiculous. Antonio has had decent stats, but is ENTIRELY reliant on crossing. Now Payet is in dire form at the moment and other than that they have 0 creativity. Zaza is a joke.

Look how many posts there are just on this page criticising Antonio sellers.

Tbh, I'd probably be ditching Firmino for a different Pool mid before Antonio atm.

I've went for him, thinking he offers some brilliant value. Looks nailed on and the system is really suiting him.

I'm not a fan of the Liverpool mid hokey-cokey. You could quite easily avoid all the hauls by jumping on the one who's just scored well. Get one and stick to him, I'd say - transfers are valuable.

Yeah I'd rather have Walcott than Antonio so I dont see what the problem is with making that transfer

You'd think it was a crime the way potential sellers are being called fickle.

Dropping a mid for another mid from the same team is knee jerky considering we know they will all share points. Pointless waste of an FT. I have Firm and considering Lallana to replace Antonio which to me is not knee jerky as Pool are looking a lot better attacking wise than WHU.

I disagree with this Worzel. Earlier someone talked about Cazorla to Walcott being a sideways move, it's not really. Without penalties in his locker Cazorla would only be sitting on about 18 points so far which is half of Wallys 36 points. Taking penalties out of the locker makes it a no brainer and Arsenal won't get a penalty every two weeks. So I will be doing that very move, probably this week.

Disagree all you want but that is a completely different scenario so not really relevant here. I am talking about Cout, Lallana, Firm not James Milner.

Of course it is relevant, one mid same team to another mid same team. The move I mentioned is justified imo Just an example.

You are not understanding what I am saying. I mean dropping one of Cout, Lallana, Firm when I say "mid in the same team". Not James Milner so your scenario is completely different. Caz to Walcott is fine although he isn't nailed.

With respect to the Firminho to the Lallana move that people are mostly talking about there is also the fact of the money it frees up.

If it was a Sanchez, Ozil or Walcott fair enough. But it isn't so I wouldn't and I would really consider that if I was you.
