A typically disciplined Burnley performance nullifies Watford’s recent attacking verve and earns a precious three points at Turf Moor. Here’s the Stock Check after Monday brought the curtain down on Gameweek 6.

On the Rise

Tom Heaton
A second clean sheet of the season promoted Heaton back to the top of the FPL keeper rankings on 27 points.

Priced at 4.6, Heaton goes on confirming his value in well-drilled Burnley defence that, at Turf Moor at least, should go on generating shut-outs.

Michael Keane
Arriving in the Premier League with a reputation as a threat from set-pieces, tonight Keane delivered his first Premier League strike.

Five goals during Burnley’s promotion season flagged up his goal threat and saw him claim a 5.0 initial price in the FPL. While that has since fallen to 4.9, we’ll need to see more from Keane to warrant that outlay with Heaton an option in goal.

Steven Defour
If we ever go knocking for a Burnley midfield with 6.0 to spend then Defour will be our go-to option.

Clearly a class act, the Belgian has registered three assists a goal and six bonus points in his Burnley tenure so far. He is, however, still to complete 90 minutes.

In Decline

Jose Holebas
We were grateful to see him fit to claim his starting role at left wing-back but this was not an enjoyable evening for the Greek.

Pinned back in the first-half by a determined Clarets, Holebas was forced into a traditional left-back role with Walter Mazzarri’s tactical changes as the Hornets chased the game.

More significantly, he earned a fourth booking of the season and is now just a single yellow away from a one-match suspension. After suffering defeat in the EFL Cup, they also don’t have the option of allowing him to absorb any suspension outside of Premier League action.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

How did Janssen play against 'boro? Looking for a captain differential at the weekend and think Spurs will do well against City.

Too early for (c) differentials. Go with Aguero, Zlatan, Lukaku, Sanchez, LFC mid .. I'm sure you have one of those to chose from.

Doesn't get into goalscoring positions enough but his hold up is excellent, especially for the first goal. Always looking to play someone in rather than find the space for himself

Main reason I'm not captaining him, away to Burnley isn't so easy. They've only conceded one home goal so far.

Very cheap, assumed he was 6.5 like the rest of them. Once those few tough fixtures over he going to
be a great option. Seem to have a vague memory of him making a really fast start the last timeround, only
        to badly fade after xmas.
Is that right or is my memory playing tricks?

He's first choice now, no doubt. Klopp likes a keeper with good distribution skills. And one that isn't a complete muppet like Migs.

I agree. Mignolet is rubbish. However, Klopp has also said he doesn't have a number 1 and on top of that he obviously sanctioned the contract for him last season (wtf?). Liverpool's defence has been a bit.... wobbly this season though, even though the fixtures are kind.

Touché sir. I am just concerned as my backup keeper is Pickford so should he be rotated...... Forster is the other one I was weighing up but their fixtures aren't nearly as attractive. Butland may help reverse Stoke's woes at the back when he returns too.

A WC isn't necessary. I'd suggest Courtois to Cech this week, then the week after Benteke down to Austin if he can nail down a spot to free up cash for midfield. I'd also suggest Shaw to a 5 mil defender, no need for to MU def.

Antonio, I don't think you need West Ham.

I think Arsene will rotate, give any of Giroud/Ox/Perez some time- so potentially rested. But that's just my opinion, nothing is concrete.

Do you have the exact money now? I'd get Walcott now- its risky, but his form and fixtures couldn't be better.

      Don't bench Cech. jejejeje

Seems like you get what you pay for though- think Baines will be fine this week.

Baines/Lovren should be good to start next week yes? Neither enough to keep them out 2 I'm assuming..

Baines yes. Lovren not sure- lots of rotation and competition in that team.

Not sure how far this is accurate, seems Baines injured for next game too apparently

Thanks, will sell for Bellerin Friday night I think, for a hit. Arsenal fixtures much better than Evertons anyway. Plus that starts post international break with a clean slate.
