Fantasy Premier League managers are handed the third Friday deadline of the season as Everton welcome Crystal Palace to Goodison this evening.

Ronald Koeman’s side suffered their first league reverse of 2016/17 against Bournemouth last week, yet in Romelu Lukaku, they boast one of the most in-form forwards in the top-flight.

The Belgian has racked up four goals and an assist in the last three and, despite being hampered by a toe problem, starts against the Eagles tonight.

Lukaku earned fourth spot in this week’s Captain Poll and faces a defence that has yet to register a clean sheet and is still devoid of the injured Scott Dann.

On the other side of the pitch, the Merseysiders will do well to subdue Christian Benteke.

The summer signing has scored in both his away appearances for the Eagles, helping them secure wins on the road at Middlesbrough and Sunderland.

A supporting cast that includes Wilfried Zaha, Andros Townsend and Jason Puncheon will be looking to breach a backline that’s conceded just two goals in the last four Gameweeks.

I mean I assume you want an extra bonus point for Lukaku. If yes, doesn't really make a difference.

Benteke/Tomkins are incredible signings for Palace. Most of the team besides them is average. Same thing can be said about Everton. They have a few bright lights but most the team lacks quality. Bolasie for 25M is daylight robbery.

If you were going to get in one player this week for a FT would it be:
Walcott playing at home vs Swansea next
    or
Lallana playing at home to ManU next

    Walcott seems the better option.

I'm very happy with captain Lukaku given how little service he got. Obviously it would have been nice for a double digit score but points on the board are nice and there's nothing worse than a 2 or 1 pointer from a captain.

Looking forward to seeing the top score after this game tonight - JimFootieMad with the Ward triple (c), Lukaku, Coleman & Benteke for 41 points.

    I've owned Tekkers for 4 GW s, he's scored in 3.
    Starting to like him.

Same. No complaints here. Except for that bloody yellow card

      Me too!

Was always great to me when he played for Villa and didn't have the service there that he has at Palace.

Owned for twoGW's, scored in 1. Sold for Lukaku on WC, kind of regret that now
